Map Editor : Dialog Scene and Custnces

Hi! there , I already finished all Heroes Might and Magic V campagins including hammer of fate .........etc

I watched every dialog inside campagins then tried to create my own one unforunitly couldnt recognize how to do it.

becuse of that i need ur help in how to create Custnces and Cherecter's animation inside dialog scene from 0 because im new map editor user.
