Show and Tell
Hi boys and girls and non sexually oriented creatures. Do you know what time it is? That's right! It's Show and Tell time. The object is to show us all somthing you think is pretty cool and then tell us about it. It can be your favorite toy, pet, blood stained weapon, your neighbor, you know the common things like that.
I'll go first then someone can follow. The people that follow must comment on the last person's show and tell item.
Okay here's mine:
Edit: For some reason I can't post the picture. Either I don't know how or somthing is wrong. If anyone would like, go ahead and show what you have. I'll do mine later. Mighty Mage

Ok, I'll go first!
You can see my Show'n'Tell item (no offence, Norbert) in my sig. His name is Norbert and he is my pet. I've found him in some sort of circus, and decided that those guys treated him like a freak. So I bought him and here he is. He really loves dancing. He never stops. And it's so hard to pt that tie I bought from Conn on his neck...

Very good Mr. Woock, & Norbert. You have recieved an A for the day for explaining your item so well. For participating, Norbert gets a bag of (*now I know I put it somwhere. Ah here it is, no wait, that's marinade. Ahh, found it.*) Chicken feed.
Okay does anyone have any questions to ask Mr. Woock? If not the next person may come up.

Hmm, this thread didn't go over so well the first time.
But it seems like a fun idea - try again?

w00t!!
hello green things! [/offtopic]
This is a White Orchid, I love these flowers.
They have a really nice scent, but that's not why I love them. In fact, I'm not entirely sure what it is about the flower that I like so much.
I think its because they seem so delicate, and the way they grow they look to always be reaching out - trying to get somewhere.
Anyways, that's one of my favorite things

I would like to tell all of you about my new best friends - the group of black dragons. They saved me in their cave and now I live among them. Intreresting fact, but now they count me as a part of their pack!

I don't have anything as interesting as night elves or black dragons lying around my house.
This is a red eared slider:
Thisi is a red eared slider in the wild.
I used to have two red eared sliders. These are not your parents' turtles that came in a fishbowl with a little plastic palm tree...well, actually, they are, but it's not legal to buy/sell turtles under four inches long anymore. Selma and Chiquita lived in a tank 36 inches long, halfway filled with water, and furnished with a plastic floating tray for them to sun themselves. There were no other furnishing or gravel or anything because turtles are darn messy! They ate turtle food and guppies from the pet store Live guppies are a good way to exercise your turtles. I also used to take them out for walks on the lawn. Whoever said that turtles are slow never had to catch a slider trying to make a getaway. They're not particularly cuddly. You have to wash anything they touch because they carry salmonella. However, they're great to watch, better than fish. They're very graceful in the water. They're also fun when they're basking: they sit on top of each other and sometimes stick their feet straight out in the air.
Anyway, turtles live forever (=decades), which my mom didn't realize when she let my friends buy me Selma when I was in sixth grade. The turtle was a goodbye gift because I was switching schools. We got Chiquita a year later because the red eared sliders at the Minnesota Zoo sat around in bunches, so we thought Selma would like a friend. After my freshman year of college, we gave the two turtles and their tank to a reptile-specialist pet shop because Mom couldn't take care of them anymore while I was at school.
And that's my show and tell on red eared sliders.
