Thank you, Jiriki9! No problem having itching, I guess hohohoho At least you are getting using to the mechanics. Once they settle, things get a bit clearer. Perhaps that's why the focus changes from the exotic to the more familiar, but still quite different from usual HoMM. Most core stuff are there, at least in a sense, hohohoho
Your proposition was quite balancing from exotic to traditional, which was what I liked the most.
So, let's try to settle a last day for giving scores? What about next Wednesday? So we can move on to the next Contest.

Yeah that sounds reasonable. Sorry I've been so disorganized this round, I've been having a lot of craziness to deal with.

Scoring:
Because the preserve is so core to Heroes, appearing in all games but H6, it doesn't reeeeeeeeally need to justify itself. Originality remains important, but a take on the town that is superficially similar to one of the existing games is fine provided it's interesting and manages to integrate mechanics, plot, and lore is a seamless way.
PandaTar:
I want to like the background image - it's pretty and the rainbows and springs theme is cool. But somehow the stone buildings feel a bit off. Not sure why.
I like the lineup a lot. I especially like the gnome-as-an-earth-spirit rather than the D&D gnome and I've been meaning to use that myself, for the academy. The basilisk and the insectoid sprite are both cool and you manage to make them work even if before reading this I'd expect them to be dungeon units. They all integrate so well into one whole. My one criticism of the lineup is the gnome vs. martlet choice - it feels like forcing me to play one of two separate towns almost.
Overall, 9/10.
Rimgrabber:
There are two really cool ideas there, but they don't work together. The lore throws away the H3 rampart-is-good part in favor of a more amoral take on the fae, which I appreciate. But then the lineup and list of heroes doesn't really play with the theme of the mysterious forest, and the heroes are especially traditional (I can kind of see the manticore as amoral but not really fae?).
I do like the lineup, don't get me wrong, and I really like the pic of the dryads - is that from cosplay? But it feels like two separate ideas mashed together.
Overall, 7.5/10.
Jiriki:
Ooh! I kind of want to learn more about the associated units, like the moose. But overall I like the fae atmosphere, and I even like the cernaur, which seems to be... something you cam up with? Googling doesn't give me any result. It still feels in-theme.
Not giving it 10/10 just because the strategy and gameplay are underdeveloped.
But still, 9.5/10.
Galaad:
I like the lineup, even with the missing names - the art is cool and feels thematic. But there's so much missing stuff elsewhere...
So, 6/10.

Thanks for the score! Regarding the image, that's Rivendell. The fact that there are just those elven heroes indeed makes the buildings seem excessive. That's what's off! hohohoho But I liked that image so much that it felt strange to modify it too much. So I added as much exotic stuff as possible, but perhaps should have overlayed some huge trees there, dunno. hohohoho Right now I am having some hard time making Dungeon townscreen.
@Rimgrabber
Just you, basically to give scores? So we can proceed? We should not take too long with these, or we'll literally take a whole year doing them.

Once again sorry everyone Here are my scores:
PandaTar - Once again, fantastic. Fits the theme I was going for waaaaay more than mine does. I'd love to play this faction in-game. (The luck roll for the dimensional rift basically means this: say you have a 30% chance to get good luck. If you fail, you get another 30% chance.) 9/10
Alon - Pretty standard, but the RPG style mechanics keep it unique. (the dryads in my proposal were the children of the forest from game of thrones by the way since you asked) 7.5/10
Jiriki9 - I like the cenraurs a lot, they fit preserve better than centaurs IMO. This town has a much more "sylvan" feel even than the elf town of Ashan, and I think that's a good thing. Grail building is really neat, too. 8/10
Galaad - This was shaping up to be my favorite this round, but unfortunately its very minimalistic and unfinished. 6/10
Final Scores:
PandaTar: 9.16
Jiriki9: 9.16
Alon: 8.16
Rimgrabber: 7
Galaad: 5
FirePaladin: A Panda Hug
Dungeon now! Hooray! I promise I won't be as MIA this time. Congratulations to Panda and Jiriki!

Thank you to everyone for the kind feedback.
Seems I finally managed to get the balance between tradition and innovation right.
@PandTar:
A 10 I am really glad you liked it that much.
Quote: I have a question regarding Stargazer: how knowing "week of" works? Aside knowing the next week, is there anything that will actually happen besides that?
Well, the more you have, the more detailed the infos get and the further in the future you can see it. And no, it does not allow you to do something with it, you just get the information. But you can actually plan ahead a little in when to build what and - the way I imagine the "week of" working - when might be a good time to press into enemy territory and when not.
Well, tbh for the full proposal I am sometimes still working on (Which I dont know if I'll ever finish and post it), I consider making more out of the week-ofs, (and the time, at that,) working with monthly star signs and weekly dominant planets, maybe also with ascendants which change in a different rythm than the dominant planets and work only combinatory. Aside the small effects these give, they might come to powerful combinations. Probably that would be nice with the stargazers as well.
