We are talking about the USA. There are no convictions in civil litigations (at least not when the lawyers, who will be the best for the corps, know their job), just out-of-court settlements. Which usually go hand-in-hand with non-disclosure agreements.
And just for the record, your if/then conditions are ridiculous.

I know from personally experience not to support a person like Trump in your own personal circle, however in politics he is literally God because no one else can do what he does.
So people who do not support what Trump is trying to do are just those who benefit from the kleptocracy of bureucrats and politicians.

if he played ball like our competitors do, we could have stood a chance. but he decided he wanted people to like him, more than he wanted to do what had to be done.
in the end, he tried to be the politician some people wanted, instead of being the politician the whole country needed him to be.

the charges were bogus, if you're referring to what i think you are. the dnc and fbi illegally spied on him during his campaign, and based their "investigation" on lies they literally made up. that's documented, but you won't see that on the msm. the system and their lackeys and media literally committed treason by forcing lies down the public's throats; and they've been doing so for decades.

but that's exactly the problem: they've been "handling it". for decades, the loss of american values and sensibility has been happening because the people aren't "handling it".
think about it like this: what happens if the mob moves in and nobody stops or fights them? they proliferate, and expand. same as the amount of corruption in the system. with people sitting on their hands, they expand and gain more power over us. there isn't ANYONE in the system FOR the people. nobody. zilch. zero.

Fred, my cents on this very particular matter: you are too hard on the Donald. He is a warrior and a damn fine one, but even holding the supposedly "highest office on the land" could not drain the swamp and fight the Deep State that ultimately was responsible for his "defeat". See, even the war lobby was against this blessed man, because, lo and behold the "warmongering crazy orange man" was the most peaceful American president in decades. So, let us be calm, but watchful, Biden and his entourage, BLM, gender ideologues, marxists et caterva, are the last nail on the coffin of the American Empire as we know it and Trump, direct or indirectly, will play a signifcant role in the rebirth of the Founding Fathers' dream.

i don't believe that for a second. what i DO believe, is that every day people don't organize, find another leader, and take the needed action themselves, it gets more difficult to defeat them. the more people they incorporate with their propaganda, the more unconstitutional laws they pass, the more illegals they let past the border to vote, the more they expand and infiltrate, the tighter their control will be; and the harder it will be to break.
but that's on the people. they want to sit on their hands and let the U.S. burn, that's on them. i have no agency, no circle, no ties to and/or affiliations with anyone. if nothing gets rolling, i'll just be doing my thing and biding my time until i'm dead like everyone else.
when the 6th was advertised, i knew it'd be a circle-jerk because everyone was obeying the unconsitutional restrictions being pushed that would have solidified an actual resistance to the globalist scumbags. i saw it was a circle-jerk when i watched those idiots(and trump himself) dancing to snowing "macho man". it was the same atmosphere at the november rally; the people were larping. they thought it was fun pretending to be a patriot; and i saw they were really pretending; fighting against antifa and blm or not(it did take some time to sink in, though). which, btw, were created to divert aggression from where it needed to be, by the traitorous dnc. and those proud boys and other so-called patriot groups? infiltrated by the feds. even RAN by their people. i caught a whiff of what they were up to, when i went to the rally in november, and there was a militarized unit of armed cops, ex-military, and feds. i stood right in front of them, and talked to their leader; that's how i found out who they really were; from his own mouth. people there thought they were there to represent gun-rights constitutionalist patriots(as did myself initially); but they were there to quell any movements towards system targets. and on top of the buildings? feds taking pictures of faces and people, documenting who was physically there, and snipers posted up; while a helicopter with whoever in it flew around.
you don't beat these people, by playing their game. their game is rigged, which is why they didn't allow firearms on the 6th, and why cops let people into the capitol, and why feds were among the people. you don't go to an event they have any foreknowledge or control of; and especially while playing their rules. those people were cattle, the same as the braindead indoctrinated. and they started the manufactured unarmed stampede, so they could stop the attempts to rise against them, even more.
you play their game, they will always win. you cannot use the system against them; that was shown plainly, with trump. they chewed him up and spat him out, and they did so illegally and traitorously with the courts, the media, the government, and the military itself. and when it works, they make the illegal, legal. against the constitution, against the U.S., against our forefathers' design, and against the people. always.
until the people stop them. trump showed the scope, and who we could see plainly, that was involved. nationwide and worldwide. the "swamp" is nearly all-encompassing. what will it take for people to stop being cattle? to stop letting themselves be herded?
edit: forgot to mention, that i saw their attacks against patriots coming. i was part of a group of civilians that participated in a live-shooter training exercise with homeland security, the national guard, and the feds. the so-called "terrorist gunmen" were all dressed in woodland camo, just like many patriots used to wear. they were programming their hired lackeys THEN to go against "homegrown terrorists". this was 6 or so years ago, if i have the timeline right. the feds even detained me just because i was wearing woodland camo pants for the gig; despite the fact the "shooters" were known to them personally.

2020 election fraud broken down in 15 minutes. if anyone from the other side even cares anymore, this video makes an attempt to help the viewer understand the scope of the election fraud. like i said, i was awake and monitoring everything i could when the bulk of the fraud happened.
instead of just arguing, watch the video. don't make excuses for what the video points out, as it covers a great deal, and anyone with any intellectual honesty will be unable to deny the amount of red flags raised, that point directly to election fraud.
