i still play the old version from time to time. mining for great stuff, really. i've replayed it over and over on hell mode with a modded-to-the-skies paladin. think "walking armageddon".

While the "cover up" thing is idiotic (sigh, I knew they won't leave Andariel alone) alas it's also so in the style of the "new-Blizzard". Why the hell would demons even care about being "decent"?
I did notice the models are older, but on the other hand it's actually more realistic that way: these characters fight demons from hell all day so they probably wouldn't look like in their prime years... Don't get me wrong, the Amazon does look like an ugly transvestite, but I wouldn't make such a big fuss of it as it all feels pretty subjective (PS: Sorceress always had a darker skin carnation  )
That said the game is still about it's bare-bones expierience, and I'm craving for such a simple thing.

Why not Larry games removed censored and added on 3D. When r18. Ok then goes to sex shop in there better hard-core games.
Wrong! We've be able to develop white & black film changes color also must be games too.
Then you are playing all retro games  But they can do ten thousands movies for TV program. I don't think games, so I hope they sell multimedia program and we do itself like DosBox. It does automatic graphics turn into 3D.

It is definitely an improvement from the original. It's a long-known fact that the video game industry was deeply misogynistic when it rose to mainstream popularity in the 90s. The consumer base was, after all, underachieving young men, but since then it has expanded to wider audiences.
The original version of the lady with the chest armor with nipples sticking out almost makes me laugh because of how completely ridiculous and stupid it is. It doesn't even make sense. Is it magical armor specifically designed to show nipples and bellybuttons? lol.
The issue, of course, isn't the nudity itself but in how the nudity is used. Pornographic content is almost inevitability exploitative towards women while simultaneously rewiring and rotting the male brain into a sad, self-serving, objectifying, pathetic version of itself. It is good to see some improvements  Pineapple.

And the current gamedev seems to forget that twats like Neil Cuckman now rack in millions thanks to those "underachieving young men" (and guess what, woman too, I even know a female fan of Diablo myself), becasue without them game industry would never take off into the million dollar business it is today and would stay in the dumps without their or their parents money. Plus these "men" are original fans of the game, now adults, and probably the target audience who would prefer for the game to stay as true to the original expierience as ever. Todays "underachieving young men" prefer to play Fortnite or Minecraft so they won't play the remaster either way...
Wokes behave like they own the place now and tell everybody what is proper and what is not.

Btw, I think, this is your traditional, “inappropriate sex content for kids” kind of censorship, nothing more. In practice, I’d hardly notice such a thing if I ever play Diablo 2 again and it’s not like people were aroused by such content. In principle, I think such remakes playing the nostalgia card should stick to the original as much as possible.

You realize the hypocrisy of it all? We are talking about a country (Blizzard is USA company) which at one hand stands by "please save the kids!" and on the other glorify indecent celebs and their antics.
