that didn't help the weirdness. anime + god doesn't seem to compute, for me. and i just realized stevie is like that, too. how many people here are really into anime? we should do a roll call, then compare that to their beliefs.
to add to that:
what if god was anime

Yes. Baron the cast returns my favourite japan cartoon. Its not stricte anime with big eyes giant heads small bodies.
All good art is from Gods inspiration via angels. Japan cartoons too.

edit: i still don't understand the militant hellfire-and-brimstone christianity types. maybe they're going off the old testament, and not the new testament. if that were the case, though, they'd be sacrificing things to god.
new-testament christians, who are the supposed "real" christians, are much more passive; as per jesus's teachings.
(personally, i think both bibles were written by a certain tribe that wanted to divide the opposition; the new testament was their way of weakening christianity's resistance to them once they found that the first attempt backfired)

There arent two bibles, the New Testament has 4 bibles plus some other scripture but they all relatively belong to the same period, give or take a few decades. The Old Testament is a collection of scripture from thousands of years, some of them going back to the times of Sumerians by oral tradition. It’s basically a Jewish collection of their folk lore, which is of course interlinked to all the other folkloric lore around them.
