HD Interface Mod

I would like to present to HC my HD Interface Mod. I would like to acknowledge many here who have helped me with their advice and their work. Firstly, those involved who helped make the original New Interface mod by KSWDIY and 552388389 and those who contributed in the Chinese Forum to create Chaos Upgrade 1.31 (thank you Archer30 for the link!). And I never knew that all their work was taken from King's Bounty (thank you FirePaladin for the reference).
Thank you to fred79, avatar, RerryR for your input and advice while I was trying to make this interface. And finally thank you Baronus for your patience giving me a step-by-step explanation to creating images that would allow for the banner colours to change on the images. I figured out an easier way to do it, but I really tried the way you explained it and could not do it that way.
So what's new and different? well I was able to create a new image when heroes meet. Now the banner colours appear correctly for each one.

I searched through and found all the buttons or screens that had not been converted to this colour scheme, or needed translation to english and adapted it:

Since I spent a lot of time trying to figure out the banner colours and re-doing many buttons, I didn't think it would be too much to add my own load game screens:

The Necromancers are my favourite race to play, so many of the images are of dark castles etc, but I also tried to make a load screen for every race, and it randomly appears each time it loads. Plus I made a picture of Mordor because I'm a fan of LOTR, but only the volcano is recognizable, the tower is not
I made a version that is compatible for Advanced Class Mod. I like that mod so much, I could not resist to make a new interface for that either (thanks RerryR for the approval!)

I also made a version for those who use the 10 secondary skill window look. Just make sure you arrange the 10Sskill interface above the HD interface mod. they both use heroscr3 and heroscr4 images and overlap one another.

As other's keep updating their mods, I will update mine too, to keep up with the new graphics they're using.
I made my mod compatible for Battleque, and Game enhancement mod and basically anywhere else I saw that brown background in buttons or screens, and substituted them for the king's bounty blue.
I played through quite a bit to see if I missed any buttons or anything. If I had, please let me know and I'll fix it for the next update.

It looks great, finally a complete new interface!
But, could you upload it as one file? This way it can only be downloaded one file at a time.

On a separate note, it just occurred to me this:
When you install the HD interface, you have to make transparent the first images in cprsmall.def (CPrS0000.bmp) and twcport.def (CPrL0000.bmp) . They have the brown backgrounds and it will appear in the screens if you play necromancer and you turn units into skeletons, or if you sacrifice them at the "Altar of Sacrifice". I didn't include it incase people added their own units etc. But maybe I should make a template version based from basic wog and that way it can be modified later.

I spent so much time making it work for ACM, I forgot about the small details for Vanilla. I'll fix it for the next update.

Wonderfull to see effect! If you know easiest way to manage all these colors share us. Maybe spmeone will help. And for compresion not zip but 7z is the best! Especially compression lvl ultra lzma2 method!

when I made that graphic, I couldn't balance the frame colours either. So I just made that graphic transparent. I tried all sorts of ways to get the gold trim around it. In my version it works well. try putting it at the top of all mods in the mod manager. I notice you also have brown shown in the bottom right corner where it shows the hero stats etc.

Version 1.01
I re-wrote all the stuff for the specialty icons, so now the vanilla version should be accurate.

I also decided to make hero's with creature specialties in the vanilla version have non-upgraded creature icons, and ACM version has upgraded creature icons in their specialty screens.
I also added a transparent image to the twcport.def file, so the skeleton transformer should not show the brown squares. This is good for up to WOG. if users have 3rd Upgrade mod, you should add a transparent into the first frame of that def and it'll work just as fine.

Hi! Thanks for the update.
A few suggestions here
1) Please remove a few resources from your mod
tavernnames.erm
It is from the tavern videos mod. Totally not needed here.
Also twcrport.def
You never want to interfere with creature portraits. That would make your mod incompatible with other mods that changes creatures (TUM for example)
2) Use SN:R erm command for resources replacement. With this, a separated mod for 10 skills is no longer required.

I believe you can do the same to ACM. No more UN:G required, just SN:R all the way.

With the new PNG support from ERA, the quality of images can be improved a lot. Also, the replacement of def frames allows you to have the transparent background in TUM without replacing the whole def, which I believe is a better solution.

The PNG stuff sounds great. I'm all for improving the quality of the game, so that will definitely inspire me. I'll go through those forums and see what I can learn. Same with the SN. If I see an example I can learn quickly so I'll read through those links and see if I can pick it up quickly.
*is it me, or is there an easier way to download RAR files? mine is taking longer than usual (and yes it's me, figured it out lol).

Version 1.02
Thanks to Archer30, the 10sSkills interface is incorporated with the mod now. So there's just the versions vanilla/ACM.
I also removed the extra fluff like the tavernames and twcport.def files.
*i'm working on trying to use the SN: syntax for ACM... that will be for another update later

Update
Version 1.03
Once again a special thanks to Archer30. He has worked with me to basically make this mod into one file making it much more easy to work with and take up less memory!! No more 3 versions, now just one that combines the 10sSkills interface with the Vanilla/ACM interfaces that activate if you have those other mods running separately.
From here on in, I'll be adding small graphical changes when other mods that I like pop up, or are updated like in ACM. Every once and a while, I'll comb through 'Game Enhancement mod' or others that I play to see if new graphics were added, so that I can update them as well. Also, if there are any requests to add graphics to mods that I do not usually play, feel free to ask, and I'll work on adapting them as well. My ongoing goal is to make this interface mod compatible as much as possible with all the amazing mods out there, so it'll be a work in progress.
