I found some option called ''FPS-Patch'' at Masters of Pupets mod where animation is very smooth when scrolling window border and also animations on adventure map is smooth and fast for example on AI's turn when picking objects there are no delays and they collect resources very fast. There is a separate mod that can be installed on HOTA or ERA?
Also the creature encylopedia in that mod is a very nice feature to add to other mods
