Who Bought the rights for the story of Erathia?
I know that Ubisoft bought the Rights for Heroes 3 and Might and Magic games,
but I remember in wikipedia, which I can't find now,
that the story of Erathia owned now by the Insurance company when 3do liquidate it's assets.
I also remember I asked ubisoft forums about it also,
which also said to me the same thing.
do anybody here, knows what is the name of the Insurance Company who owns the Erathia Storyline ?

I think it's actually likely that Ubisoft owns the rights for Erathia and all other lore.
But Erwan had his own "creative vision" and didn't want to bring on board anyone else from the previous games.
This seemed to go well enough with heroes 5 success even though the story was flimsy and uncreative to my tastes...
(actually, I think H4 main campaigns had the best writing in the series so far as I could see)
Then it was too late to go back to the original world when the series started failing. And Erwan woudn't leave his own world as he was emotionally invested in it. For him it was Ashan first, Heroes second. And he led up to H7 included.
But Ubisoft has used several copyrighted characters from before in their games, or similarly named (copied) characters in the world of "Ashan".

Yes but I remind my idea:
Heroes of Fight and Magick
I suggest no copyright title for gnu copyright.
Land maybe Acseot or Erahtia.
Cahterine Giffonhert or Ironfeist.
Etc etc.
Ristoration of Eratia rules!
