The best diplomatic hero?
I think the last OP: Adela vs Cyra.. But endgame magic database is a very easiest Bless (thus speed) - Haste (thus speciality) - Your cast spell  So Slow is stupid. You must think twice..

Ryland is good, as he ha leadership, which help you with morale issues, unless you find yourself +morale arts, or better yet, when enemy has -morale arts in HotA.

Also voted Ryland.
Being a might hero, he will have more attack and defense than the other two, giving him better chance to actually convince creatures to join.
If he wants to carry around dendroids, that will slow him down though.

So many ways of answering this one,
In general, Cyra is easily the best, as she's the strongest one to be used as a main. Ryland and Adela don't have as much to show here, Ryland is clearly on wrong side of things when Rangers are observed and Adela's Bless is a bit too fair of an ability for a serious game.
When it comes to the heroes being there as of supportive heroes, things get a bit more diverse. Although the posts above mine are right about Ryland having an advantage with his better might stats, I would personally still choose Cyra. The way I see it, the Diplomacy is best on a supportive hero, as therefore the main hero can focus having only the most necessary skills. Magic heroes tend to be more favorable for this purpose, especially those ones that come with higher mana pools, as those would provide more movement thought spells like Town Portal and DD, and obviously the Visions is required too for this very purpose.
Overall, I think Cyra brings most to the table, at least among these three heroes.

Since there are only 3 heroes that start with Diplomacy, I imagine Other has to be an hero that learned it. In that case the best of all heroes is Bidley, since you can get pirates and corsairs to join the Sea Dogs and keep all in a single stack.

I vote Cyra. Because she is the only good tower hero. If you play tower, there really is no one else to pick
