Poll Question:
Best Order 1lvl spells
I thought a few times, that we haven't the best and worst spells, skills, artifacts, towns, creatures and heroes, etc I took Phoenix4ever's example, he's legendary and veterean H3 player, esp. HotA. We can say thanks him. Now we collect stats, what's the best and worst in H4. Then talk about it, why, etc Ok first matter why Order 1lvl spells, no 1-5lvl or all spells? I tried the same, but we find many good H4 spells than H3.. So you know 10 names must be filled in poll is a very little, all spells can't to fit a poll, but we get a real theory, analysis and stats than H3.

I repeat my point, that it doesn't make sense to check on best spell, when it comes to Level 1. This would be relevant only on a map without access to a town, where you start with Basic Order or acquire Basic Order and only the starting spell for that skill was available, or when you acquire it in addition to already available skills and you just don't have any access to other spells than the spell you get when acquiring the skill.
It's more "practical" to look a mage guild combos of 3 spells you want to get (either with a regular order guild or with an order annex and a starting skill. It also depends on what you play as in case of an annex.
Order is obviously pretty interesting because all 6 spells are obviously pretty useful. However, that's just not true for all cases. For, example, Precision is rather good with a regular Order force, because Halflings. Playing as Death, though - nope. Playing as Life - nope as well. You just gain 25% Ranged Attack. Also, Mass Precision is probably a waste of spell slot.
Blur is great - but Mages would provide you with it, if you go for them, if it's needed. You'd also want to upgrade to Mass Blur (which is obviously a lot better than Mass Precision).
Dispel is also useful, because you will face a lot of creatures that may give you nasty spells. The upgrade will remove all spells from ALL units, so that's a quite drastic thing to cast, which means you might want to have them both.
Visions is obviously pretty useful when you are in doubt whether you can handle something.
Displacement - I use that quite often when I have it. It's a very useful spell in a lot of situations.
Magic Fist - with all those useful spells I cannot imagine a situation I'd not want to cast either Blur or Precision instead.
What 3 spells would I want? Probably Displacement, Dispel and Precision. With an option go get Blur via Mages.

Thanks you, JollyJoker gave many an answer. I said poll can use theory, analysis and stats, thus some can want to make a map, he/she banned the best spells, for example or get a realization, etc
Ok I can't vote the best, when my Order 1lvl spell rankings are
1.-2. Displacement & Precision
3.-6. Blur, Dispel, Magic Fist & Visions
Why? I noticed that beginning or special game hero or troops need Precision, also Displacement is a "Slow" and a little "Teleport", and normal fight/battle/combat I used 3.-6.. Don't get a wrong me! All Order 1lvl spells are good, but what I used more spell tactics are Displacement and Precision.
Debate belonged to  , when Campaign hasn't given the most meaning spells than Town Gate and Hypnotize in The Magnificent One - Campaign, for example. So I can say Dispel, when Steal Enchantment is much better. Remember this is poll gives stats to us, and we can explore, but we can find out in higher Order spells. Now's Order 1lvl, then Best Chaos 2lvl spells, etc or Artifacts, because I don't do spell threads every day.. Maybe 2 weeks after I can do spell threads.. So you can think in peace now.. Ok patients..

My vote goes to precision. Despite how highly I rate cancellation and dispel, I genuinely believe precision is the best buff effect in the entire game. Even on something as simple as halflings it more than doubles their damage output. Precision is basically level 1 ranged cat reflexes on most shooters. If you have access to orcs or centaurs, congratulations; you broke the game! Those level 1 units deal completely busted ranged damage when under the effects of precision.

Voted for Precision because it's arguably one of the best beneficial spells in the game and it's somewhat surprisingly only at level 1.
