Hello, I'd really like to make use the wog option labelled Universal Creature Upgrades. Description of it in the menu seems to indicate that you will be able to upgrade creatures of any type in any town so long as that level of creature has the upgrade dwelling built.
For example upgrading a genie to a master genie in a Rampart so long as the Upgrade Dendroid Arches are built.
This would be such a great feature for my campaign, as I'm building factions with specific units from multiple towns. However I can't figure out how to do these upgrades, when the option is turned on.
Wondering if perhaps it doesn't work with the Third Upgrades Mod? Anyone know how to get it working?
Its because of Third Upgrade Mod:
In the file "1000 tum - stdlib.erm" you must disable the corresponding entry that disables the creature upgrade option.
It appears this function doesn't work with third upgrades very well. I can get creature upgrades of other castles to work, but what happens is the third tier of creature upgrades is unlocked automatically even without the third upgrade building built.
