1. Batman Returns
2. Batman (1989)
3. The Batman (2022)
4. Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice
5. Batman Begins
6. The Dark Knight
7. Batman: the Movie (1966)
8. Batman Forever
9. Batman & Robin
10.The Dark Knight Rises
Note that only 1 and 10 are solid, apart from that there's a small difference in my preference for 2-9.

I still didn't get to see The Batman 2022 yet. 
I agree with your top2.
I'm surprised you put the Schumacher ones above the last Nolan.

Bizarre ranking tbh. Dawn of justice before the dark knight just.. nope.
I only remember the broad strikes in most, can't really compare some. You could argue that Nolan's is not the 'true batman' or fluff like that but a good film is a good film.

Best live action Batman movie is the Gotham TV show which captures the comicky feeling of wild overstatement quite perfectly. It's just FUN. In that it's better than the Keaton Batmans while the Nolan Batmans are pretty awesome but also take themselves maybe a tad too seriously.

I don’t remember them all that well. My top three would be:
1. The Batman (2022)
2. Dark Knight
3. Batman - with Michael Keaton
I really enjoyed The Batman and its focus on (yet another) grounded take on the character. The first act is almost flawless with its focus on the city and crime, with Batman being more in the background for a lot of it. The setting and atmosphere of the movie was really great. It gets boggled down with cat lady and I got taken out of the film when I heard drop “rich white males”, but beyond that one scene I didn’t feel like it was trying to fill modern politics in the whole movie. Loved the Batmobile look and the whole car chase scene.
Dark knight rises is always a good watch but mostly for the joker where as The Batman has a better Batman imho. The movie is a little more silly upon rewatch, but still top tier Batman movie imho.
Keaton’s Batman is always a classic

I like Batman Begins more than The Dark Knight. It's a better film for me. TDK isn't bad but not great either.

Sure, but a TV show is not the same as a film... a series cannot be compared to a single feature film or even to a trilogy, in my opinion. Not saying you're wrong.
