Try exporting it into empty folder, or take equi.h4r from newly installed equilibris. IDK why this problem appears.
You should check logs of resource editor if it can't open something.

This is 3 years old issue still i haven't solved.
Is anyone have the knowledge about that in heroescommunity?

I was changed 7E with 4D (iron plate > golden platemail) in the h4.dll
I have imported these files
layers.dialog.blacksmith.golden_platemail.h4d (based on one of the vials)
layers.dialog.blacksmith.life.h4d (changed 5 times Iron_Plate with Golden_Plate_Mail)
Then imported these files with my own files into equi.h4r
Now i can click the shop and no errors. But now there is no item in this slot.

You use "golden_platemail" in h4d and "golden_plate_mail" in life blacksmith. If blacksmith doesn't crash I suppose "golden_plate_mail" is correct name and you should rename h4d to layers.dialog.blacksmith.golden_plate_mail.h4d
