Still haven't we discovered how to edit attributes of artifacts? AND SKILLS?
I am actively making maps, updating my mod and playing with my friends and during my Heroes 5 modding it was ultra easy to edit artifacts (at least their attributes) but it is not possible for Heroes 4.
There are lots of artifacts i want to change their attack, defense, percentage values but sadly i don't know how to.
Is there any guide for to do that?

Take a look at http://heroescommunity.com/viewthread.php3?TID=37350&PID=1579493#focus
I haven't gotten around to making any easy-to-follow guide, but by now there's enough information that with a bit of trial and error you can at least change numbers and swap spells/abilities for a lot of artifacts. (If you understand assembly just a little, you can do a lot more with tiny in-place edits - changing the destination address, changing the argument stack pushes, and replacing some bytes with no-op instructions. For example, most places that give attack/damage/defense buffs can be edited to apply a spell effect, and any place that can apply a spell can be edited to grant an ability.)
