That only happened on Heroes III whereby the eagle eye skill let you learn the opponents spells.
But steal all enchantents only steal the spells temporaliy in battle.
But after the battle the spells are lost until the next battle. Which is a good tactic.

I like the necromancer spells especially
HAND OF DEATH and it makes me laugh as the other is killed instantly.I also like the Devils spell Summon ice devils its so cooll when they freeze you.
Another one is the DRAgon Strenght.
In heroes 3 i like the prayer.
Thats all i guess
Heroes are power.
Spells are greater power.
Without heroes there could be no spells
SO heroes are the strongest.

The one I like the most is definetly 'martyr' the slashing of the shield and the wacking sound makes it really really cool

I also love the Lightning effect. At least you can see it properly and it looks like lightning.
In Heroes III it was just white and the animation was far too quick to look at.
This one it much much better and prettier.

Desintegrate, Hand of Death, Hypnotize, Mass Cancelation, Nature ward, I like the sound of vampiric touch, when I listen to it, I remember hmm3.

Sanctuary involves a set of gates closing above each protected stack. Possibly a reference to "The Pearly Gates" ... I cast this one when investigating possible spell combos.
If you've ever used a potion of Immortality, you've seen the Guardian Angel animation. It's the angel fluttering briefly over the stack.
Disintegrate I don't remember; I don't play Chaos much.
