Obviously this person has not taken American history...
Basically, it works like this. If you have something like a war or a depression that you win, you are seen as good and holy and a good president. If you don't have something like that, or something goes wrong (i.e. sex scandal, losing a war, going into depression etc.) then you are remembered with a bad memory.
It really kinda gets annoying when they make new aliases doesn't it? Any way to ban IP's or at least limit the amount of profiles one can make per day?

I thought n i posted something but obviously not. So let me say something on this theme.
Well my remerk goes to our great dear friend the Gootch.
How has Bush dealt with this so called terrorism? By killing hundrets of civilians in Afghanistan? Or by bombing people while they are minding their own buisness? bush did alomst nothing to deal with terrorism. Terrorism can't be destroyed because you can't destroy so many individuals. Ad if you are talking about the Taliban take this into ur mind. Before Seept. 11 the USA din't know what was going on in Afghanistan and they didn't even know there WAS a Taliban. And another thing...who put the Muhadejhins into power? Who else but the Great United States of America.
And a thing George W. He is nothing but a meer pupet controloed by people like Chneney, Rumsfeld and (snow) or Ashcroft. In otherwords the Far right fundamentalistic and militaristic people.

just a quick curious question...
Granted, presidents and national leaders in general are human beings. They fart, they make mistakes, they screw up, they catch colds and they trip over their feet sometimes.
My question is that... despite this, SHOULD a national leader be upheld to a HIGHER STANDARD? Are they meant to be the "exemplary citizen" to show the best face of that people to the world? I mean, I always thought so. That's why I was so annoyed by the Monica Lewinsky thing... not so much because of morality or because "Americans don't do that" (because hey... a large portion of them DO). Maybe I'm old fashioned or I've been drinkin too much, but I just thought that national leaders should do their best to be the best example of a human being that they can be so that their nation looks good. Like, there's extra responsibility that comes with that presidential nametag.
Again, maybe it's just me...
