Hints
A hint!
Usually when starting a new game or a campaign always
build city hall and then all the other buildings.
Not doing this would cause a mistake it happened to me too in heroes 3 .I started the game and imidieatly built military buildings and slowly ran out of money and i couldn't buy troops so i was eliminated from the game.
Another hint that in heroes 4 as we all know the heroes
can go to over 70 level and still not have grandmaster skills at everything so i figured out a way: always fight with weaker creatures or heroes than u are because u can win experience, not much but slowly u get stronger and strongerand if the creatures want to flee use wuick combat but i recomand to fiht urself to sharpen your skills.
When starting a campaign always focus in making grandmaster skill u have started with example with Elwin you start with Basic Nature Magic so try to develop Nature magic skill at maximum . Oh i almost forgot try to learn as many spells you can and when u'll be a level 30 Herbalist u wont regret it .I made elwin so strong that i could summon 5 faerie dragons or 5 phoenixes or 28 wasports.
Try to collect artifacts as much as you can an never hezitate exploring all the map before winning and take all the treasures and resources from the map :-) almost all of them.
Thats all i guess so i you have any sugestions reply me.
Bye BLADE 2002

What you wrote there makes a lot of sence and is so true, although I can't get my mind of the fact that everyone probably already knew this...

Young moles appear to be in full dispersal which means there are more moles per acre than at any other time of the year

Actually, I disagree with this. I often play with the order class. Genies are very important to me because of their "create illusion" spell, and so it is important to get the genie creature generator built as soon as possible (tower of wishes?). Building city hall uses up five gem stones that are needed for that build. My order is mages on the first day from the normal fort town -- then I run around a bit with dwarves, halflings and mages doing the easy stuff and building up experience in my two heros. Then do spell towers to keep up with your mage type, and build the genie tower as soon as possible.
From there on, it tends to be easy going. I hardly ever lose a troop after I have gotten genies.
