I made it. It's handmade with inkscape in svg, then exported.

Firefox should reender that without any problem. IE might need a plugin.
The outside shield is made from a mathematical model, the unicorn is made after a picture i found on a heraldics page. But that picture was a small bitmap, so i remade it with svg.

Well i have this avatar since somewhen around 2002. Did anybody copy that from my page?
Well, and if so, i don't mind. I've just reserved a few usages, and using it as a symbol in a game other than an RPG is allowed. For RPGs i have it reserve4d for my own characters.
