Well since thier qualities & spell affects that means that any of them can be best but in streghnth of course Black Dragons but example Mantis good at holding creatures in place & Mantis are not no joke.
Sea Monters are really tough who can devour even 7th lv.
Hydras put Reflex on them & attack a stack twice lol.
You see there are ma ny ways any 7th lv can be deadly.

You, of course, have the right to say such things, 'cause your rarely make a thread, making threads is something you must do much much more, since the ones you've already made are of such quality that I really think it's a shame they're in such a low quantity, the board would be so much more interesting, but yeah, if only...

jesus, you'll have to make your questioning less ambiguous than that. What are you comparing the creatures on? price? weekly growth? raw power? neway, out of those, i think i'll take the t-bird. darn those suckers are cheap and powerful!

black dragons are the best. they cost more but c'mon they fly, resist magic and a breath attack. they also have a fire attack but only efreet, fire elementals and Phoenix can resist it and also they look gun!!!

I'd vote Dragon Golem, but that's not an option, so I went for Titans.
Two Titans pr. week with Chaos Ward and No Melee Penalty gotta be better than 1 BD, right?

Let's check it out, shall we?
EDIT: I guess it's been done thousands of times before, but anyway, here are my results.
It seems the BDs were too powerful.
Battle #1, 1 Black Dragon vs. 2 Titans
Round 1:
- 1 Black Dragon attacks 2 Titans, doing 82 damage. The Titans retaliates, doing 64 damage.
- 2 Titans attack 1 Black Dragon, doing 67 damage. The Black Dragon retaliates, doing 64 damage.
Round 2:
- 1 Black Dragon attacks 2 Titans, doing 87 damage. The Titans retaliate, doing 71 damage. 1 Titan dies.
- 1 Titan attacks 1 Black Dragon, doing 36 damage. The Black Dragon retaliates, doing 77 damage.
Round 3:
- 1 Black Dragon attacks 1 Titan, doing 77 damage. The Titan retaliates, doing 28 damage.
- 1 Titan attacks 1 Black Dragon, doing 32 damage. The Black Dragon retaliates, doing 61 damage. The last Titan die.
Battle over, with the Black Dragon as the supreme victor.
Battle #2, 1 Black Dragon vs. 2 Dragon Golems
Round 1:
- The 2 Dragon Golems cannot reach the Black Dragon in one turn. Moves away from the Black Dragon.
- The Black Dragon flies towards the Dragon Golems, but cannot reach it.
Round 2:
- 2 Dragon Golems attack 1 Black Dragon, doing 84 damage. The Black Dragon retaliates, doing 125 damage.
- 1 Black Dragon attacks 2 Dragon Golems, doing 89 damage. The Dragon Golems retaliate, doing 74 damage.
Round 3:
- 2 Dragon Golems attack 1 Black Dragon, doing 81 damage. The Black Dragon retaliates, doing 117 damage. 1 Dragon Golem dies.
- 1 Black Dragon attacks 1 Dragon Golem, doing 68 damage. The Dragon Golem retaliates, doing 39 damage.
Round 4:
- 1 Dragon Golem attacks 1 Black Dragon, doing 31 damage. The Black Dragon retaliate, doing 41 damage. The last Dragon Golem dies.
So, it seems that those of us who're hoping that the BDs isn't the mightiest creature in the game wil have to put our hopes on the BEhemoths or the Phoenixes.
Though it should be noted that the results of these weekly grown vs. weekly growth battles of course aren't valid for battles in which Heroes and other creatures are involved...

I am choosing BD's but like it was said before...Mantis in numbers can do alot of damage also..if I am playing nature..my goal is to get the mantis.

Well, it's not hard to get Mantises, but personally, I prefer using the Summoning Portal to get Elementals (Fire or Air), since they get boosted extra when my Druid gets GM Summoning (if the game last that long ), while the weekly growth of Mantises are only 1 (my scouces disagree on this, but IIRC, imperical evidence leads me to place my bet on 1).
