I remember....
I remember when i started playing in ToH...(er "simyar"  )
You could go to zone and say you're in ToH, and someone else would wanna play - so you would just play - no asking for rank pts record shoesize etc , no 30 min discussions on rules maps etc - People just wanted to play and we had some fun 
I remember meeting Jb and starting to talk to him online, and well years later we haven't stopped 
I remember my first game with Jinxer, he asked my record and i guessed - and then afterwards (i beat him up) i talked with him, and he was a little miffed cuz i guess i won a few more games than i told him, LOL
I remember games with so many awesome people and its great to see them still around, and great that i can still play em.
I remember playing Melissa in season one for a division game, and during it she was talking to ves on the phone and ves had been overwhelmed a bit by all the work ToH had become, and that's when i started to volunteer.
I remember when ves actually played, and we did 3 games random xl with under, 200% - random towns/heroes and all 3 games i got fortress!!!!!!!!! gah!
I also remember being in zone one nite, and Melissa came there after being out with her friends (while she and ves weren't together) and she was telling zone how dumb ves was cuz she would have married him That has nothing to do with anything, but i thought it was sweet - guess ves wasn't so dumb after all
I guess my point, if any, is that i look back at the early days and remember so many awesome things - and sooo many great people that have remained , and it makes me so sad to see what's been happening here...
I see the things people have said about melissa, and it makes me pretty mad... i know of one instance in ToH's past when Ves was gonna do something and melissa didn't think it was fair - so she stood up for the player(s) involved and he didn't do it. I can't help but think of this when i see all that's been going on here, and all that's been said - if i had to guess i think that's happening again, i'd say melissa is trying to help the players, and save the tourney - and you guys are treating her like crap for it.
To all of you who are so irate about losing history, i say this - it's not lost if you remember
And to those of you like me who can remember all the great times, lets try to focus on that and bring it back for H4!

WOW....well spoken....elegantly put...i am so proud to be canadian right now lol...i agree just cause toh is no longer h3 oriented is no reason to bash people to the end...as zud said in another thread it was robs so why not do whatever he wants...and mel is just a lady in school who like heroes once in a while...leave her alone lol...and i repeat mel i do not dislike you nor do i think u are dumb...good job pandora

Hmm, sorry if you maybe took my post wrong somehow? I didn't think you were offensive, and what i was referring to were other posts, even in other threads just what i've seen on the whole.. i just kept quiet until now. Nothing i said was meant at you at all romana, i think you're pretty cool, aside from the renaming b@stards to morons thing LOL
To BigJohn, thanks for the nice words - but you should ALWAYS be proud to be a Canadian, not just cuz of a post on the message board lol

Just struck me that our little discussion is ruining this really good thread so i will delete my previous posts in it.
On topic i dunno what to add really, i thought Pan said it very well. Bottom line i think is that we all should be thankful for the good times&games we have gotten thanks too TOH. And i think most of us even have gotten some good online friends because of it

..well i was very angry about melissa deletion of the threads...and so i made a post seconds before...
...but u r right pan..like always..so i deleted it.
It was a good time Ves and Mel gave us the seasons before, so i just say good-bye.

Your nice post made me cry Pandora. I never had the chance to play ToH games. I missed it, but I’m kind of nostalgic now.
Due to an early match of the French Football Team, I just thought they & ToH had the same history since 1998.
Before World Cup 1998, ToH did not exist. Same as France in Football… it wasn’t one of the nations considered as the best…
ToH & French Team ruled the world from 1999 to 2002… BUT…:
“It’s hard to reach the top, but even harder to stay at the top. “
France at WC 2002 was awful… Heroes 4 came without Multiplayer… People were sad…
Now some old French players have gone away, many new are coming… the page is turned… same for ToH… MP is coming…
When I remember… I don’t regret anything… & I have no reasons of being angry about the coach (Vesuvius ? ;P) or any other player…that yellow star will stay forever on the shirts of every player who took part in the victory of WC 98.
… I’m sure it will be the same for most of ToH players…

I have had a disagreement or 2 with Ves.Overall ToH has brought me many many hours of enjoyment and sleepless nights. looooooooool
I remember our first meeting with Pandora and Yawacko,well the first few hours anyway's : o)
I appreciated all the work that was done,and i'm still enjoying it to this day. Mabye in years to come i still play heroes who knows.I do know that heroes 4 when MP is here i will play on : o)

Ya i remeber the wet tee-shirt contest yawacko wanted dracos to have a wet tee-shirt contest bettewn them both lol,But i remeber that yawacko and dracos are cheatting bastges in cards lol.....what a night lol
