Great! Please share your findings with us who haven't had the chance to buy the game yet. What are the new creatures like, the new structures? How do you like the storyline sofar, and how is the buildup of the campaigns? Any opinions are welcome

The new creatures are hard to defeat. Even the goblin knights are tough. In most of the camp. you can't build 4th level dwerlings in your towns. I advise smth to people who will play the nature campaign- get the grandmaster stealth- in the neture camp. it is almost imposible to win without it.

After having finished the first three campaigns, I must say GS is even worse than I expected. I knew about the four new creatures (wow, what a huge increase!), two buildings (one in two variants, the other in five) and still no AI. Unfortunatelly, there is even less in the expansion :-(
There were a few positive comments in this thread. Overly positive, IMHO. The campaigns are piece of crap. First one doesn't have any story whatsoever, the second has a little of it, the third has about average amount of it. There's not much new in terms of map designs, either. The first campaign has these nice training areas, the third focuses on stealth (unfortunatelly, it focuses TOO MUCH on stealth - I would at least expect SOME chokepoints where you can't walk through just with GM Stealth). More, all the maps are only medium in size, only 5/4/3 of them in a campaign and they are very easy even on champion! Hardly comparable with both H3 expansions with their excellent stories, their difficulty and their previously unseen content.

Pepak, isn't it about the time to stop playing on Champion difficulty? You are only fooling yourself while playing in that difficulty. It is not the hardest difficulty.

It's useless to play TGS campaigns on anything else but champion. The AI already has all the mines it needs, and there is always an open route between players - reducing the neutral stacks wouldn't benefit the AI much, but it would reduce the last small challenge a human player has.

Of course that's not the hardest difficulty. The hardest is to wait before you attack the comp, double click your hero's army, close your eyes and dismiss three stacks. Talk about difficulty .
