as we know each other well, after that last marathon lol...i cant wait for you to become a baron lol. Yes all I am activly looking for a clan to join. I had one in mind but i cannot start one so..poo. I will join any honorable players, preferably one that knows doc fritch as well.

Suggestion
To make lev1-lev2 Clan creatures specialites stronger and more intruiging,their amount could be increased by 40-50% to lev1 specialities(except centaurs,they look ok) and by 20-30% to lev2 specialities

I'm a bit confused, here. Are the clans fixed (not going to change) or is this issue still up for discussion?
I was wondering why there's no Chaos/Death combo. An Asylum starting with a Necromancer hero is my favorite set up (Black Dragons, Vampires, Death Knights, and Stealth Thieves, yes!).

pretty much all fixed
but minor tweaking, like increasing troop volume for the level 1-2 creature clans may happen. Right now it really does not matter though, since we have a long way to go before it goes active.

Does the new clan get to choose which bonus section of a philo he gets or does each new clan get put in the list in order and get the bonus next in line?

As I see in clan rules when you register a clan you should send: Clan name/philo/speciality!/list of members

Ha Ha Hidden, Clans is Vesuvius baby. I have not been brought into the loop yet.
But my question was based on the fact that I seen your clan was in the first bonus spot of that philo.... and didnt think that was the best choice for that philo so thought maybe you just had to take the one in first spot.

I just put it on top of the list because its occupied. TC_fear's clan is on top of the list for chaotic too. You can pick any that are not taken. Though jinxer your question was pretty hard to decipher I couldnt understand what you wre asking lol

What is best choice for order philo you think, Jinxer? :-)
Personally I don't think our clan speciality is the best, but consider that:
1. Players skills and diplomacy between clans are more important then speciality;
2. How many clan wars we are supposed to win to get level5, 50-60 ? :-)
3. I'm generous, I've left best speciality for flipmo to take.
PS: Create your own clan with best order speciality and let's clear that map of necromancy threat lol

It gonna take me a long time to make baron. But I dont think you will have to worry much about necro clans. If other clans are smart they will eliminate there threat by not granting them clan wars.

necro players will play SPECIAL maps
I must admit that for me to beat necro on my maps is a peace of cake
egz. deathvaley necro is good but CHA S is beter
crimson order beter
and so on

I have to agree with you here. If I ever play against Necro I like chose Necro also.
Using your same logic (implied winning is more fun than losing) wouldn't a clan comprised of 3 of the five top rated players in h4 have a hard time finding matches with others?
I think having clusters of Barens in a couple of clans will supperss other other clans forming, and thus reduce the chance of this way of playing heroes from really taking off.
I believe it supresses other clans from forming in two ways. First and formost it reduces the number of possible clans from forming. Second it may scare off other Barons from forming a clan because they will think their chance of putting a team together to really challange the ones already present are small.
Of cource as the number of Barens increase, and they don't cluster together, lots more clans are possible and the lower rated clans could avoid playing the higher rated ones.
As I understand the game, as you gain artifacts your clan becomes even more powerful, so the later forming clans will be at an additional disadvantage decreasing their desire to form in the first place.
Although I have not ever been in a clan war I think it would be fun. Does any clan with two or more Barens in it need another? I would love to be part of your team.

dont want to make too many rules
also, if clans takes off later next year, I will bet you that some of those baron clanmembers will split up and the leaders will want to open their own. Since there is no penalty for leaving a clan.. and the clan leader gets 25 bonus rankings points for every clan war victory, the members may want that too!
the artifacts will range from the trivial to the moderately strong, but none have been designed to make any clan all powerful -- the only real strength lies in upgrading the clans by holding adjacent lands.
learning from clans & divisions of the past, all bonuses, artifacts, and upgrades have been toned down dramatically.
