Gremlin Vs Imp
It is not very enjoyable to see my favorite titan beaten by blackie. 
(next time I would bring 50 ancient behemths and they WILL DEFINITELY beat the blackie.  )
Well, I suggest to put gremlin vs imp. I think trog is too strong for imp. Just some suggestion.

--update--
I realized I had a math error in the article I posted yesterday. (The calculator I was using had a bad LED, and I read a number wrong.)
With that mistake fixed, the results are much much closer...

The trogs would win, their damage is 1-3, the imps are 1-2 and they both have 4 hit points. I dunno about attack\defevce though...

Imp will never beat trog as it has lower att and hp. Speed only gives imp the first round adv. but that was not much coz with their low att value, it may take more than 10 rounds to finish the battle. Test it out. (I will bet on trog anyway. )
The only opponent weak enough for imp is gremlin.

Imps will never beat anything, well except for pesants.
Now another duel? Hmmmm... how about Scorpicore vs. Unicorn(I think unicorn will win) or Sharpshooter vs. Magi(Sharpshooter) or maybee Naga queen vs. Dread knight( Well tought one) or even Griffin vs. Stone Golem.

Scorpicore vs Unicorn! Unicorn wins for sure! Even holding 3000 left! The unicorn get attackt first by the dread knight then by the wyvern and then by the scorpicore still holding 7809 unicorns left from the 9999 the scorpi wyvern and dreads had also 9999 when they attackt the unicorns!
Sharpshooter vs magi=Magi will win! the sharpshooter was killed by a Medusa!!!!!!!!! in only 2 rounds! Medusa had already some damage sharpshooter were 9999 to 6098 medusa, and medusa still wons. Magi were beaten by Deamon and Basilisk who are working toghether
Naga vs Dread Knight= NAGA for sure! She even killed the Azure dragons! And was the only one left on battlefield lv6 creature that had still 9999 nagas left!!!! The azure dragons where almost killed by the fairy dragons crystal dragon and rust dragons they had only 959 left then the unicorn the Magi elemental and champion attackt it but get killed and the Naga killed the azure dragons..in two turns.
Dread Knight was killed by the Magi elemental and unicorn working togheter.
Stone golem will win from the gryphon... Gryphon attacks first and gets many damage... back so Golem Will win...
Did you all know 1 fairy dragons wins from 9999 peasants! Ghehehe

Why are there peasents?! Did someone at 3do really think we needed this worthless unit?
"I know, lets put peasents in! Instead of Chimeras or some other cool creature, let's put in the weakest, most pathetic, boring creature possible!"
I mean, having monkeys would atleast be entertaining! Hmm. There's an idea...
But if 3do puts peasents as a creature to the already over-stocked human capital of Haven, I'll drive down there myself and kick some butt!

Peasants would work ok in the Haven if they were cheaper...
they were the L1 Castle unit in Heroes 2, (and maybe Heroes 1, I forget)
They were also in King's Bounty... I'm glad they made it into Heroes III for tradition's sake.

well...
... peasants are poor no doubt (although when playing necropolis you must love them  ) - however, as rogue already noted, they´ve become sort of a tradition and i´d like to see them make it to homm4 as well

Peasnts = No good, suck etc.....
Pesant are and always were the worst creature in the game. I don't see a point of keeping them. I would rather see those Chimeras or some vilas instead of them.

Who cares about peasants?
If you ask me, the more creatures the more fun!!
It would be nice to have peasants as wondering creatures and not recruitable. They are way to weak for that.

You know what's sick?
Knowing my luck I will play HOMM4 and my starting character will be killed by a horde of peasents!! Seriously, what's the point of peasents? To prove that the creatures could be worse? To show us if you put them on a horse they can kill almost anything?? (Champions, incase I lost you). I won't be so mad if there are Peasents, It would be fun to slaughter them, but if they are a recruitable creature for Haven, I... will... be... pissed... (Imps are bad enough!)
But you know what would be a better wondering monster:
Monkeys!!
C'mon. You know it would be sweet to have a chimp army! Well, one can dream. And I have heard many rumors that Paladins might be a Lv6 (the highest) creature for Haven! And what's wrong with Crusadors?! They beat every other Lv.4 creature in straight combat!!
