combining maps?

Is it possible to combine two maps?
Or, copying one map, to the other's underground?

(I would be interested in the file format of the maps, to edit them manualy, or is there a way of copiing an area of the map to another part of it?)

I think that some utility that allows copying part of one map to another map is included in WoG.
P.S. If you still don't know what WoG is, the go right here right now.

There is a way, there is a special program for that. I don't remember its name...

Here, but I don't recommend it, it is quite not precise and hard to use.
