Zilonite:  why would you want to stp topias and major arts occuring together.  topias often give out only rubbish, especially The ones with only one blackie ( the most common occurance ).

it would be nice to have more control of what artie classes uhave, at the moment it is more all-or-nothing. Under 10K u have small arties, over 10K ucan get utopias that might give u 4 relics.

Actually Midnight alrdy replied

With topes there is only 30% possiblity to have one black dragon (30% - to have two, 30% - to have three, 10% - to have 5), and even then u could have something like helm of hev enl or tome of earth magic that alone could ruin the balance of the map.

I am curious.
I was just looking at the template Schaafsworld in the texteditor and i noticed that althouggh it has only 3 zones there are x in line 8 under the terrain section.
Can anyone tell me what effect these will have on the template

it has no effect, it is a mistake but the generator will ignore it because there is no zone number on that line

I have noticed  looking at some templates in the texteditor that in some of the treasure/density columns there are treasure values followed by a zero in the density column.
Is there any difference between doing this and not putting anything at all in those lines/columns?

no difference, just a result of tweaking a density value that eventually became 0, leaving it blank has same effect

It is not very clear from interview what's about the 3 columns of Treasure. If I use very high values for all I get only strong guards, relics and topias.

But what does each? For example teserat has:

5000 6500 6    3000 4500 4    0 2500 6

What's the difference between density 4 and 6, less free resources, monsters spawned closer?  What if is left blank, it uses some generic value?*

Also has anyone since then figured how to use same seed, generate same map thus making the analyze of templates easier?
