random maps are based on templates. the text files are template definitions that determine the flavour of the maps u will generate. Your current random generator operates on about 40 or so templates that it randomly chooses. Now we are able to make and distribute custom templates.

Do you think it would be possible to include WoG objects in these custom templates or do the templates only work for standard H3 objects?
With WoG, the way we do it now is to simply replace certain objects (WoGification) after the map is generated normally, which is probably better for purposes of being able to choose various options anyway, but it would be interesting to know if templates could be used.

templates only concern terrain and size of stacks. So there should be no problem with using WOG, but would have to be in steps:
* install desired rmg.txt in data directory
* use SOD editor to make and save random map
* use WOG tool to modify map
* run game on that modified random map
I cant test it cuz only have 1.4 and AB 2.2 editor

and number of zones and amount of resources and min/max players number and min/max size of the map and they also configure roads somehow. I tried to study all that not too long ago, and I got some results, though in most cases the zones were completely isolated from each other and I don't know how to connect them
