European English
The European Union commissioners have announced that agreement has been reached to adopt English as the preferred language for European communications, rather than German, which was the only other possibility. As part of the negotiations, Her Majesty's Government conceded that English spelling had some room for improvement and has accepted a five-year phased plan what will be known as Euro English (Euro for short).
In the first year, "s" will be used instead of the soft "c". Sertainly, sivil servants wil reseive these news with joy. Also, the hard "c" will be replaced with "k". Not only will this klear up konfusion, but typewriters kan have one letter less.
There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year when the troublesome "ph" will be replaced by "f". This will make words like "fotograf" 20 persent shorter.
In the third year, publik akseptanse of the new spelling kan be expekted to reach the stage where more komplikated changes are possible.
Governments will enkourage the removal of double leters, which have always ben a deterent to akurate speling. Also, al wil agre that the horible mes of silent "e" in the languag is disgraseful, and they would go.
By the fourth year, peopl wil be reseptiv to steps such as replasing "th" by "z" and "w" by "v".
During ze fifz year ze unesesary "i" kan be dropd from vords containing "ou", and similar changes vud of kors be aplid to ozer kombinations of letters.
After zis fifz yer, ve vil hav a reli sensibl riten styl. Zer vil be no mor trubls or fifikultis and evivun vil find it ezi tu understand ech ozer.
Ze drem vil finali kum tru!

Actually, a number of languages ( German, for example ) have rather simple and logic rules. This proposition is a joke, but it was done elsewhere.

The republic of Serbia is called the republica srpska in serbian, so we can assume that srpski refers to the language serbian.
But I can't help you beyond that. Slavic languages are not in my field of expertice.

German isn't logical. Just think of those bl00dy casus (or what it's called in english..).

Translation
Hi guys, it has been a long time since my last post here, it is nice to see you are still around here...
Here is the translation of that serbian phrase:
Why dont you simply learn serbian!!!
Well, he said this, because they say:
Govori srpski da te razume ceo svet!!!
The translation:
Speak serbian so that the whole world can understand.
My opinion on this is that, they missed it a bit, instead of SERBIAN they should put ENGLISH, i guess, LOL...
Have a nice time...

a casus however is much more logical then looking at the position of the words.... look at this: The postman bit the dog... Unlogical sentence, but with those bloody casuses you can make them logical... And those bloody casuses were earlier then the normal no-casuses...
