question about ToH disputes
Hi ppl!
As I as a peacful elephant try to avoid conflicts, i don't have much experience with ToH disputes or Honor Council. So may be some of u, dudes, can help me with an advise what to do.
I played game with one man. During the game i get disconnected one turn before final battle. I came back to zone and asked the opponent to finish the game. He refused and said that if i dropped i should report loss. Finaly he agreed to finish the game and lost without any hope. I reported win, but now I see then an opponent reported win, too.
I have save just before final battle.
So two questions: 1)can I with this save file prove that my opponent has lost and get some credit for the game; 2)can i do something about his report and not to lose honor rating points for not reporting lose?
I hope u are still with me 
Any suggestion what poor elephant should do?

Hmm first of all u shouldn't have mentioned the players name here!@
Secondly: playing somebody u don't know u should save everyday to check later in case of a suspicious game.
If u saved everyday I think that your saves may be able to prove that u didn't drop on purpose..
On the other hand it is almost impossible to fully prove your inocence in these matters. U could have dropped to check his spells for instance...
Ok just my 2 cents.

Thx, Hexa! I edited post and removed the name of the player.
Actually i'm not concerned so much about getting points as about situation when somebody reports a win against me he never had. Of course, i can refuse it. But in this case i still will lose honor rating. And the point i'm concerned about - if there is a dude out there who don't like poor elephants like me, he simply submits some 10 or 20 wins against me and my honor rating go straight to disgraceful.
In other words, main question is: if one person claims victory, but another person refuses it, what happens next?

I always make screenshots when people say, ok u win, or gg u win and if someone doesnt report loss, I send HC the copy of him saying he lost. Luckily I never had to use it.

when I ran the homm3 ToH
in simpler cases like these, you would contact me (now for homm3 contact the admin responsible for disputes on the unreported winloss) and usually they will enforce your win, and delete his win report.

Man i really know why he faked report it. U told him also that your wife playes Heroes. And he was gelous. And this is the ultimate harm that we can do to hapilly married men. I'm just sorry that i did not think of that before.
Maybe when such women will be on the entire glob all players will be happy and then...NO FAKE REPORTS.
