is it posibble that someone put in wog some sort of mod that you can have skills like in HOMM4 master,grandmaster etc...??

That will not be finished till WoG 3.58 or maybe later. She is working on graphics for WoG at the moment and the campeigns will not be done till the Nazgul type creature is done.

Also if you go here you can see what the commanders skills are and what you need to get the advanced skills. http://www.strategyplanet.com/homm/camelot/ Once there click on game information link and there are 2 links there 1 for info and pics on commanders the other is for the new creatures.
