I just got the game and I started playing as a Half Elf Ranger...quite fun but so far i still think that Baldurs Gate II better...we'll see in the future

I was playing Neverwinter and finished it at level 20 with my human barbarian,im chaotic good because im always doing good deed,its funny how it works.
Before a week I installed Shadows of Undrentide and Hordes of Underdark,so i imported mine barbarian and started to play,i was dissapointed becasue i only gained 4 experience points for every creature i killed!!
and it was written effortless on them.When i was playing normal Neverwinter i was unbeatable at that time but now i was a god,yeah this is for first level players this datadisk.I finished it in two days and I again imported my barbarian into the Hordes of Underdark.
This datadisk is very good because it was made for players that are higher level but no as me.I think that 40 experience for every creature is still too low.But better than nothing,but i had found out that i could be maximum level maybe 25 when i will finish it,now im 24 and i played all neverwinter nights and all quests.
Im sad that I couldnt be higher level in NWN single game 
But still its a good game,i think next time i will start a game with monk,but i like half elves and elves.
I started playing with elf druid but i stopped playing the game because i was too weak for all creatures,with my barbarian i havent any problems from the start.
I dont know ,would like to start a game for a shapeshifter or for some mage that wold be cool,there are so much spells that i dont know for what they are all 
And for a henchmen I had in NWN Daelan Red Tiger,two barbarians destroying everything,i know you would said why two barbarians?but i liked it that way,where we came we destroyed all locked doors and all locked chests even when there were traps on them BArbarians rulez!!
At the shadows of undrentide i had choosen Dorna the dwarf rogue ,its a good companion and she takes care of all the traps and doors and chests.
In the hordes of underdark i had choosed of course Deekin ,hes so cute little cobold and Sharwyn.
Thats all,in maybe one day i will finish it now,if i will have the time.
Only one thing left,in hordes i lost all my inventory and all objects in it ( i had all my favrite objects and books and other objects from henchmen with me and i had maybe 20 magic bags to store all the things in them,but when i came to the chest with my stoeln goods i found only part of my objects and my maic bags were gone!!!!
Well do you know if i mabe will find them later?or no?
Because im now thinking about playing the game and let the objects that i cant take with my,because i have no magic bags now,what do you say?

Hey there.
- Well as to the "question" about beeing/getting higher in lvl in SP.. well just do it over and over..etc. <-- need I say more ? ;-)
- As to the missing items that you had ( have ) lost, remember that in that chest in the Underdark you can "scroll" meaning that there are more pages in that chest than the eye can see. ( upper right/left corner, when your in the chest there's an arrow that lets you "scroll" and voila there's ya missing items. )
- I have played a fair amount of different servers by now ( from pure RP to pure META )<-- depending on my mood But try to log in ( from CD ) and give it a shot online mate , you might be surprised.
- As to builds, well there are a truck load of combos you can try out, but my fav atm is a "meat-shield"
: Fighter / Rouge / DD <-- Go for MAX str AND cons. and have 13/1 in dex and a MIN of 10/0 in intel. Rest dosent matter... And I bet ya you'll get far :- )
- I'll check in on this thread, if you have any problems/questions about builds/servers.

 Sorry but those bags are gone for good... that chest in the drow camp is the only place in which you can recover some of your items...
And btw, if you liked Deekin and Shawyn, play further into the game and you can get Aribeth

Although the game represents dungeons and dragons, somebody messed up.
I don't want to complain about details like this but, what in the world is going on in that game? What kind of "role playing game doesn't even let you use your own custom avatars [portraits]? I expect that there's a hacking tool somewhere that allows you to, but why not just use an import document function?
All the other things [aside from fighting creatures rated "impossible" by the computer], I can look over, like small glitches in the pathing map, and frustrating module editor. But, what the hell did they do with my spells? There all gone! There's like, 1/3 of what there should be! And what's the deal with "epic spells"? They're cheap, and they have odd names.
I can overlook these things. But, why, why did they have to do such a terrible job on the story? We've heard the story of a monsterous plague before, we've heard the story of magical artifacts being stolen before, and once too many we've heard of monsters invading from the underworld. (Don't get me started on the "words of power)
Oh, and if you lost your stuff to those drow in that one campaign, just load up your old character before you entered the campaign, you can save your characters you know. (for future use)

Hey.
- Well LT your somewhat right about custum avatars and looks in general, but they HAVE released some new custom avatars and if that aint enough for you/some well use the editor to make your own. It only took me about 3 hours of reading to get me into the scripting part....
- Spells, well I have never played hardcore pen and paper, but what I have heard form some of my friends they DO lack a big part ... but again..this aint pen and paper. Epic spells.. well spells is not the right word to use, it's just a term that ppl use, they are in fact not even "concidered" spells by some, remember it's a FEATURE you can gain access to after a certain lvl and certain prequisities.
-As I see it, you critizise the storyline, well in some "areas" I have to agree, and in some I dont. Nuff said from my part.
- Yep,Conan, just export your toon everytime you have the chance, then you can as LT said just load it up at will.

Yeah I saved it before Hordes of Underdark,dont worry ,I know that.
But when I would load my character he is low level,now Im 27 barbarian,cool,and the Hordes of the Underdark is the best data that i played,the story and all the games in the game are cooool !!
Like protecting the seer and the underdark elves city,thats really great.I beat Valsharees in few seconds hehe,but i like it because there are many many creatures with rating impossible for me even when Iam so high level,thats cool.
BAck with the chest ,yeah i know that there are arrows with which i can move the inventory,Im not beginner but my 20 magic bags and all items in them are missing,in the underdark chest there are only 25 slots from my items,but with mine magic bags i had them over 60 slots ,so i lost the items.
I played along with Deekin and Sharwyn and the dark elves sent Sharwyn away so I had only Deekin and i took the dark elf assasin girl with me,I forgot her name right now.How can I get Aribeth????
And another problem,after defeating Valsharees,the deamon killed me and the reaper only revived the elven girl back from death and Deekin not.Can someone say me why??My character is saying I cant remember anyone else now,only the elven girl.WHy??I want Deekin!!
So Iam now in the hell ,is great fun there.If you could tell me the things with the henchmen above i would be glad.

First of all AFAIK, all chapter 1 henchmen will not be availiable in chapter 3, however the Reaper can bring over Valen and that drow chick from chapter 2 as henchmen.
Concerning Aribeth....
***SPOILER ALERT!!!***
As for aribeth, you must complete the quest that was given to you by that intellect devourer (fogot its name), which is to lead it to various obelisks corresponding to his descriptions. Once you have done that, a cave which was previously inaccessible will be unlocked. Inside, you will find the frozen body of Aribeth. Light a campfire next to her with those berries to thaw her, and then she will attack. Injure her and then convince her to join you. You've just got yourself the best henchmen around .
PS, Valen is much better than that drow chick
PPS, have fun in Hell () because it is by far the most fun chapter in all of NWN... the storyline takes a whole new direction and it also features inmaginative gameplay options.

Well theres the point then,so Aribeth is in Hell I suppose Ive got the intellect devourer guy with me right now,and ive been right next to the cave,but i saved it there so i will continue and try to get Aribeth,the devourer isnt better?

Now i know all the things and did all to have Aribeth,firstly i didnt understand how it works with the stones ,i was thinking that the stones would be activating automaticaly,only thing what i needed to do was only to ask the scrivener when i was under the stone
SO i get Aribeth and what was after that it was coool!!
All the variatons what you could do at the end it was beatiful ,so i was loading by the knower of the names until the love of the sleeping one was the sensei Dharvana,because i didnt wanted to kill her,and all ended by me that i destroyed Mephistoteles and I was living happily ever with Aribeth by mi side ,even after death,wow,really cool story,i was loading it maybe 5 times because i wanted to know what true love for the sleeping one would be better,but i didnt wanted that it should be aribeth ,what you other people had choosen?
I also learned the name of the tiefling jester and i took all money from his winnings,cool thing,
I tryied another time to made Gruul the demon to make a free day and i made him to be good,its all so funny how it ends when you choose other names.
But at the end Deekin wasnt mentioned

lol if i remember correctly, if you have a female character then its possible to have the sleeping man as your true love... he will then help you in the fight against Meph.

This is not true. You can play with only one character and beat the game. I did it with a solo Sorceror (and I'm nothing special at the game) but if you go to the Bioware forums on their website you will see many people have done it with every character.
Baldur's Gate series is excellent and my favourite over every other.

Finally Ive ended before a week or something like that neverwinter nights with all datadisks,and now Im trying to be level 40 so i started nòNeverwinter again ,did you knew that when you are playing from the start even if you are high level you get really much experience even the creatures are effortless.
And also I started a Charcter Human Monk,Im wondering how he will be catching the arrows in the air with his bare hands
What character do you think is the best?

Hey.
- Well Amra it's called deflect arrows.
- As to which toon is the best, I think all that plays the game has a different oppinion about that :- )
- But if your about to start a monk, I would say combine it with either Assassin/SD or assassin/rouge <-- Still go dex/cons build ( go easy on the wisdom, imho, it isent worth putting too much into that ) and go dual wiel in kamas or kukris ... then you' ll have a killing machine. It is SO fun to phase out and in, IN battle with SD's HIPS, monks speed and assassins sneak attack / rouges crippling attack.
- BTW why dont you come online and play it ? I know of some very cool servers/ppl too :- )

Well at this time I dont have Internet at home,I had it ,but I moved to another town ,so it will take a little time to buy me internet,one friend of me is palying it every day and every hour,he is Druid Shapeshifter,cool character.So see u later on server
