Recent HC Decisions
....first i want to state that i really shouldnt open a thread like this, as a bunch of kids cant discuss it in right way, and i hope it wont be flooded by further stupid comments.
AND... i would like to point out that i really appreciate the very good work that the HC does...TO PROVIDE THE PLAYERS AN GAMEPLAY ENVIROMENT WITH LESS FEAR OF CHEATERS, which only would waste your time! I also cant understand, why other Tournament do keep cheaters in their tourneys and saying "ive no proof so i dont boot him" which is more like "im blind, i cant see the obvious and as i cant see one we have no cheaters in our tournament". Or are they afraid of the usual trashtalk of the caught cheaters?? Holymen is in Heroes League and tribes...well no need to say more...
So main Point is: I appreciate the good work of HC, especially the one of Motorschaaf.
BUT..for the recent decision, i think a penalty (in case of Ramses) ...instead of a booting wouldve worked better ... or a last warning mail in case of ugly_wolf.
Like it was wrong what they did, but they might werent aware of it. Penalty wouldve worked good as Ramses wouldve had less points then he could gain with the "Same-IP-reports".
In the old seasons i got booted too. Only for playing another peep that had "almost the same" IP then i had (which was an aol.germany-player problem). So i SOME polite mails to death8, as i did understand the he had to watch for cheaters. He answered that ill get a penalty and shouldnt play any other aol-germany member in future. Well thats what i did after it and.....
Concerning uglys case i really have no clue why he got booted for it. I think this time HC is totally wrong. I watched several saves after a game to watch if someone cheated...well here i am ..bring me to HOS.
Once again..this shouldnt turn into trash talk thread. Maybe some serious discussion should be made.
Just to say it again: We can all be happy with the current HC ...we NEVER had a better one before. But that doesnt mean that weve to take everything without comments.
One thing i what makes me really angry is the stupid comments that Ramses and Ugly made after their booting. Well i understand that they got angry, but their statements in this forum just show that the HOS is the right place for them ...just the comments why they are in should be adjusted (online abuse).
Well thats my opinion...

I disagree Xarfax about your last statement.
If you done somethang wrong & is 100% sure then you are correct, you should not whine & just leave apologise if you want but if you are not 100% sure & feel you got booted for not a good enough reason they heck yea they have a right to put Motor down because they have rights like anyone else & when you abuse a players rights for accusations then they have a right to do what they want because being in the HOS in this game is the worst place to be & everyone will know about you.

the pattren most seem to follow is simple as that:
when someone got punished who you know and who you enjoyed playing - HC made wrong decision
when someone got punished who you didnt know at all or who you hate/had trouble in a game - HC decision was great.
funny that some guys allways know better without knowing any facts - btw. can any of you forseers tell me next weekends lottery numbers ?

Wrong Acu, some polite emails to Toh/Myths administrators to put forward their case is good, not coming to zone or community and acting like 12 year olds with a new computer seeking attention.
Just grow up you people, and do it properly.

Yea I do admit I seen some pretty harsh threads & even in RL guilty or not the boss wont tolerate that, but if there is a problem apealing it can help like Teardrop did.
yea could be right I guess it depends on how the person is, I guess i just learned somethang that talking to the HC in a proper manner will bring you best results.

Xarfax u are a wise man but the difference is that back then i was mad as hell. Usually i'm a very calm person and i'm not jumping to conclusions. I did what u sayd, i asked a review, i explained what hapened and i admited that were things i did not know. finally when i got the e-mail with the decision, last one, i was just upsate and if u read again the thread i said i'll back off. I just got mad when i saw Motor speaking ugly things about me. I'm just a calm person but i'm nobody's fool. And if he is the chieff of Hc he must learn some manners. Cause along with the power should come the good sense.
And yeah Acu, that day i wanted to nuke his arse. 
P.s. To all Hc members - yes the council decided that i should b out but Motor said ugly words so you should defend him only when he is right.

Na Ramses Rych just taught me somethang today because it's the same as real life & i didnt even bother to think of it but that there could be some rights also pointed at both HC & the guilty.

I don`t like talking so much as you, so i don`t post much (you know and get little stars).
Is nice what Xarfax said and i`d like to say that i didn`t get any warning, i simply got booted so LOL no trash talk when you are mad.
Nevermind though Lol I`ll soon be 1600 points again (yes in TOH) but harder cause i dont have the time i had till now for games. How can you stop me HC? The only thing that this nick helped me was to play with good players but don`t you all worry it seems that some good players do play so called NEWBIES (never know who that newbie is).
About Killa, ofcouce he has a word to say, it doesn`t metter that he was in HOS too BUT didn`t get booted and from poor honour got busted to high honour just like that . This all DON`T METTER WHEN YOU GOT A GOOD FRIEND IN HC THAT HEARS ONLY YOUR SITE AND OFCOURSE HE BELIVES YOU CAUSE HE IS YOUR FRIEND.

Not only slows down HC, but it annoyingly streches the page. Me not wants to scroll sideways all the time.
