artifact bugs update
In the new patch 3.0, some of the artifact bugs have been fixed. Mostly +7 -> +8 attack skill fixes. To encourage more fixes, I would like to post what I think is still there. Some artifacts of the original list from Wub are not really buggy, so I left them out too, and now the list looks so easy to tackle (hopefully).
I noticed that saved games that had been started in versions before v3.0, you find buggy as well as fixed artifacts of the same sort. So you find axes with +7, and axes with +8 attack skill bonus, in old save games.
I haven't tested all, but I have tested: flaming sword, greatsword, angel's blade, arrow of slayer, valder's crossbow, david's sling. Maybe someone else can verify that they haven't fixed the rest yet. I first tested David's sling with halflings... that's not good of course, halflings have 100% extra ranged damage against lev4 already. The sling doesn't change anything for them.

The blessing is gone when your creature moves. It comes back when it moves again.
Fizbin of misfortune: the curse is gone when the enemy moves.
Cloak of distraction: no effect.

The dragon scale shield also has a % bug: it gives 25% instead of 30%. It was on the original list, but I left it out when I summarized it (accidentally).
I have also tested the badge of courage today, because I thought it was buggy, but it is not:
* it works on your creatures only.
* it works against nightmare terror, aura of fear artifact/spell, and bonedragon/witchking/hidmask fear.
* it doesn't protect against "cowardice". But cowardice and fear are not the same thing, actually.
