Personally i never understood the extending deadlines.. i mean why bother sign up for a tourney if you are only 30% interested in playin it!!!
Keyword as i see it is mail activity between players but also sending CC to the cordinators of tourney... if there are any!!!
But setting a deadline and then extend it ... and extend it... just weak!

The players decide by playing on time or not...simple as that.
A poll is worthless...just words. Anyone can say..yea..no extensions i `always' play my games on time. But actually doing it is another thing.

lol no it wasnt good so far. The regular question system was good, that i completely agree with (as stated in previous posts).
But the final set up was a mess to say the least lol, which i thought i had pointed out in my previous posts aswell. If you bothered to "look that far" 
And im not saying all of this to go some personal attacking tour on kitten. Im saying it to back up what is tournaments being mistreated IMO.
Which i tried to point out earlier gangrail but then you just blamed the players for not coming with the ideas.
And this is why im doing this, to show you that sometimes it doesnt matter how good idea you got if the tournaments gets mistreated.
But i really dont understand the problem here.
Kitten says she has a busy RL now.
Motors has the time, the experience, the ideas, the leadership ability, the dedication and the ambition.
Why not let motors be in charge then?? Kitten and Ravyn will both have high seats and lots of influence.
To me the solution seems almost to easy to miss for anyone?
Could someone please tell me what iam failing to understand here?

why not let someone who has the time take the riegns?
dont get me wrong,kitty and raven,you know i love the work you've done,but if your RL is that hellish,then someone has to oversee things?

Motor didn't have the time to be head of HC and run some good tourneys. So he quit the Chair of HC. Now you guys think he will have the time to 1) make good tournies, 2) Run Mah, 3) countinue as part of HC (not the head obviously). Wake up peeps. lol Its not gonna happen. The biggest thing we need from motor is his tourney ideas.

easy, remove him from HC.
To come up with tournaments would be all members responsibility, but to run them would be motors.
And im sure he would do a great job based on reasons ive mentioned in my previous post.

Because he should be able to make these calls by himself if kitten&ravyn isnt around (Being busy with RL stuff).
And i also believe that motors should have the final word on tournaments sayings since he can invest more time in his evalution of them.
And he will have more time managing em them.

I've got my hands full on homm4 and other projects
As long as Mandi & Ravyn are there, homm3 ToH will be there. They have come this far, almost a year now, so their stability is tried and true. I had given those two the full responsibility to support homm3 ToH and anyone else who may help volunteer are supporting them, not running the show.

HA HA HA HA, I think that there just trying to push ya'll out, but to let Motor run thing is horrorifying! lol Why should the people that spent much of thier life on this, give it up? Who cares how much time u spend on it? Who cares what other people think u should do? These things are for the birds, I have been a Manager for aslong as I can rember and if one thing I kow that is so true is that you listen to what everyone has to say, then say what you are going to do (doen't matter if they like it or not) Turn around and walk away, cause you can't make every one happy so U have to please you're self.

1. No he shouldn't be able to make these calls by himself. This isn't the Motor Show, nor will it be. This is gonna have to be team effort to work.

Like I just said, this isn't the Motor Show, this is a team effort. Its not like we take every one of Motor's ideas and shoot it down. Yes his evaluation of tournaments will be of great help. However, a simple email is what is needed here so we can discuss them as a group. Starting to wonder if you even know what teamwork is.
But anyways, Ves as already posted on this, so the idea of Motor becoming Head of Mah is dead anyways.

Well i didnt really read what anyone said, cause from what I can tell it was a whole lotta tossing, but for the past 6+ months I was basically out of the heroes scene in all regards, so I also missed a lot of stuff that happened prolly, but I dont think things gonna turn out very well from motors original plan
Seems like the community gonna split yet again...some will go 1 way, some the others..some stay on both sides. and the end result is gonna be things are gonna be like they are now. Altho I never said they were bad now...i go on zone, i see 40-50 people, that aint bad for such an old game. but dont expect some big boom and a huge turnout

this all is rediculous lol, none of you saw how it all really works behind the scenes...
Raven alrdy is tired of all the crap that is going on and stays away from it most of the times.
About kitten, me and schaaf used to laugh our asses off when she said shes gonna do something and than Dreamweaver showed the last action of her weeks ago or so
This is a tourney site of an old game, does it matter who "owns" it? coz thats all kitten seems to worry about.
and that is what slows down any process...
i mean Kitten knows nothing about how veterans play this game neither does she play it on zone, besides a WOG game now and than which doesnt count.
what i mean is, for her its not about the game anymore its about the power to own MAH - this cant be good, it wasnt good at the end with Vesuvius who got tired of h3, and you all saw how the tounrey went down the drain.
I always see kitten complain about too much work, but on the other hand she wants to lead MAH, be a moderator here, have babies at home, have a job???
I wanna apologize for my rude behaviour kitten coz you dont earn that in the end, but heres my advice:
let other people run the tourney and just lean back, noone wants to push you outta this but you just dont have the time, mood or heroes experience for it imo.
that always was my feeling as long as we worked together.
so i guess thats my suggestion considering what was the topic of this thread - let fresh blood, new people lead it, and no i dont mean me lol so dont come up with that someone wants to push kitten out
Vesuvius: nothing is running ok, WW with Knigh Xavier is the number 1 for a long time now, when i look at his tribes and stuff activity
