another suggestion
...instead of removing the temp names with "XXXXX" or somthing put in the standard random rules like:
"No diplo above basic, no skel hoarding, no grail installing, no carthographer visit, no dimension door or any kind of fly using".
This wouldve 3 advantages:
1.) U dont need to repeart the very standard rules.
2.) Description is more precise ...sometimes the short description leads to some misunderstandings (example:
"Why u use Vampires from dwelling if no necro was rule").
3.) TOH has "no rules". Only if someone breaks a rule and u can proof it ull get your right. So NOW the rules are in the save!!! No need for stupid print screens and stuff.
What do you peeps think about it??

Pretty good idea! Yet we should be pretty careful what to place in, because i have full desk with various rule-settings of my opponents. The best might be to put in something like Midnight did in his templates so far - only most necessary game breaking things like no dd/fly, no necro for starting town.

Well, it seems that good testing of "all random, no clue what u are playing" for Midnight might take some time.
Yet for ppl, who don't have patience (like me ), i can offer the same thing as i intended originally (sort of a demo version of future Midnight Mix).
In particular - I made single rmg.txt with those template on toh page that i like best, added few little modified original 3do templates, plus made a couple of remixes of Midnight's most popular templates Panic and Blockbuster (to keep an element of randomness even in case u will recognise the familiar pattern of BB ). All template names are turned into "Random".
Of course, if u will play random maps with this file, most likely sometimes u will recognize the template u play (with the Midnight Mix it shouldn't be so). Yet if anyone is interested in such a demo version of "total random" file, pls, drop me an email or leave mail address here.
If somebody can post this file on his server, so ppl don't have to use email, that would be even better.

i'm aiming to have a release by the start of new season. most of the effort is trying to disguise templates so u cant go this is template "XYZ" on day 3 of game.

The more i think about this the more i think it is a good idea. I'll see how it looks.

I have released the test version to a few ppl, kuma, xar, zilo, destro, hexa, rych. so if u wanna try the Mix, ask for a game with one of these ppl.
I'm aiming to make the official release at start of new TOH season.
