Mouse Hovering - link copy
Anyone know the command for copying the url that shows at the bottom of internet explorer when you hover your mouse over a link? (Down in the bottom of the window where the addresses often show for various links and downloads. Often says done after a page loads too.)
There has been many an occassion I could have used this and still have no idea. It has to be possible.
Can anyone help out with the answer please?
p.s. I already use properties methods on links and other things. Just need to hear some method to copy the ling that shows in the bottom bar when hovering mouse.
So who is the master of this knowledge around here? Please show yourself

Thanks Salpinx,
With your advice, I found that the copy shortcut works. I think that is the one you meant.
I had tried the save target and clicking properties and they both copied the wrong link I was trying to get. It was the link to a download and seemed like they were protecting it sort of when I was trying to post the link.
Also, it would auto download the mp3 and play if I opened the link in new window or clicked it so I couldn't get a copy of the string in that manner.
Thanks a bunch for the help. I haven't learned any useful commands/etc in a while so this is a great new "wow, I finally can do that" situation for me. Epiphany!

Oi, glad it made your day. Wish everything was that easy.
Here's another one: to see the password of the game hit alt-f4
I can't remember how many people that got five years ago...per night. Ah, the early days of internet gaming. When the cheaters were idiots and Heroes 3 was the best thing going.
Now CH has a "business opportunity" they want JVC to email them immediately about posted on their front page. Hehe, just when JVC thought things couldn't get any worse.... What a f***ing embarrassment.
This next beer is for all the good memories, see you later NWC and ToH, the run has come to an end. Great games but your latest efforts got smacked around by the competition and now you're history. (Maybe not as simple as this but the end result is the same.) ToH heroes 4 is dead and nothing short of releasing the source code into public domain for the Russians to patch will save it. Should have hired one of those WOG guys while you had a chance.
Back to my previously scheduled programming of CC:generals, cleaning the house and living life...all very happily without a NWC game mind you. But nostalgia and five beers being what they are (and listening to too many ABBA songs as a kid), here's the memories and good luck where ever you may land.

P.S. Sorry, a little tipsy and the news item on celestial heavens made me sad/cynical at the depths our community has sunk to. Once you email those not-so-tactful people JVC, email me at landforsale@antartica.com for a way to get money to resurrect your company.

Hah, Salpinx plays generals? Its one of my favorite games too. Tend to play the terrorists mostly because I like the tunes. But playing it online I always get raped. Everybody wants their points ... cutthroat to win.

Yea, Generals is one quality game. I didn't get much into playing online outside of friends because it was such a zoo and hard to find fun players. But with my buddies we went through a period where we had some of the most memorable games of our lives. You are never out of a game -- sheer adrenaline rush. The terrorists certainly provide the comedy of the game
I'd offer to play sometime but I haven't played in months and rarely play anything these days I'd play H4 more if I didn't have to wait hours to get a game. I can do other things while a game is in progress which is nice. Lot's of time between turns is not something most other people are in to though so looks like H4 just isn't going to take off online.
