Happyness
What is happyness, somethang a part of a definition of love.
There are so many minor definition of love.
Being happy is one of them.
Not the I beat Vincent in heroes 3  .
I mean the one where your heart feels like it's going to drop like you left your keys in your car but you really didnt.
The happyness where you know the changes of your life will be for the better & the excitement makes your heart skip a beat.
Happyness is what makes you smile,it's love, just a part of it but totally many definitions of happyness.
Where you feel like your walking on thin air & walking in the kitchen with a smile on your face whistling a fav tune.
smoother & soothing the soul where you feel so relaxed at that moment.
A moment that will reflect your whole life.
Where you dont have to be alone or sad or any of those negative behaviors.
Happyness is a personal accomplishment or love that you set for yourself & it makes you feel good about yourself.
AHHH I am sooo happy

Happiness is a state of mind.
I walk on bare feet in the streets at night and I feel happy.
I am alone, just with music in my head, and I feel happy.
Yesterday in church they played the Tocata and Fugue from Bach for me. I cried with happiness.
It's not really what you are but how you feel.
No one can tell you if you are happy or not. No one can create happiness but you. If you don't take care of it, no one will.
Just remember to listen to the music in your own head and know to enjoy it.. no matter what people say. :-)

A good 2 cents they are with your personal happiness Milena hehe.
Tigerangelz the people you mention have to find thier own happiness somehow.
Theres a whole in the piut of thier soul that been there for either too long or a few yrs ago, regardless it's still too long.
SOmethang needs to fill that hole.

I agree with you on that, there are people who look for sometging to always go wrong, instead of being optimistic. It seems that they trying to predetermine their own unhappiness.
I thought of something yesterday that never fails to bring on a happy thought.
Whe in the Army Reserves, we had a two week tour of duty at Tripler Army Medical Center, in Hawaii.
I was changing into my scrubs on our first day there and i noticed a bumper sticker pasted to a nurse locker,
It said, "Just Another Ho Hum Day In Paradise". I thought it was so cool, because it seemed like such a nonchalant statement for living and working in a place that many people would be quite envious of.

Here's my humble idea of happiness. If I can work productively for an entire day, then I would be happy. I love to work (not on mundane stuff, mind you but on creative stuff). The more stuff I get done during the day, the more happy I will be when I sit in bed at night.
Of course if there's a warm women beside you then that's just the icing on the cake.
And then if you have a new and interesting book set aside for afterwards, that's like a confectionary flower or something on top of your piece of cake. You betcha 
Oh, I forgot one more thing: snack food and beer. For maximum happiness you must have these items in your household.
Okay that's it.
