Hello! I have been playing the heroes franchise all of my life. I love and play all of the games until this day, but homm2 is still the best, and i mean the BEST, medievil strategy game to this day. If anyone knows how i can play HOMM2 online with anybody, including you people, please tell me. I have perfected many strategies on Homm2 and i consider myself more than a formidible opponent.
Soooo, im sorta challenging you guys to play me in Homm2. i would love to see other peoples strategies compared to mine.
Please inform me to play online. I still get the chills thinking about this game and all the possibilities

Hi Everyone,
Chris here. I was introduced to HOMM 3 my first year in college back in 2003 by a buddy that lived down the hall in our dorm. I was hooked instantly. I played it off and on the next few years when I was in the Army. I even ordered HOMM 3 Complete when I was in Iraq. ( I was pissed I missed so much of its creatures/campaigns the years preceding my purchase). Anyway, despite having other games/consoles, I played HOMM 3 the most during my down-time while deployed ... HOMM 3 has remained a timeless classic for me. I tried HOMM 5 and didn't like it as much. I just started to play HOMM 3 again a few days ago, and that is when I discovered H.C. This place is awesome. I can't believe I've gone so long without knowing about this place, or that WoG exists. I'm pretty stoked to download it and have some fun with it. Looking forward to HotA too. Thanks to everyone for posting such good info.

I should try WoG myself.. I forget what you called the new one, Wota, or something..
I think HOMM3 is the oldest PC game I have not lost (which is good since its my favorite PC classic) ! I not only have the play disc but ALSO the install!

Hi there. My name is Marian and I`m from Bulgaria.I play Heroes for several years now , but discovered this forum just yesterday (big miss).Sorry if sometimes I`m not writing correct , please be condescending to me  . I first sow Heroes when I was playing in computer club (Counter-Strike).Some people where playing some strange game whit some kind of 2D horse was running around for gold . I was very sceptic about this game , but when I decided to try it I was amazed by it. I play random maps only (8XM8) because it`s the most difficult map that can be generated by the game and some times whit my friends , but it`s hard to find good enough player among them. Well this is about me in short , hope to find lots of friends here

Hello. My name's Phil and I'm from Poland. I first played Heroes III when I was 8, at my friends home. I started to like it as soon as he showed me Necropolis - I always liked skeletons  After that, I got myself my own copy, and it all begun... Now I'm 17, and I still love this game. In the meantime, I bought myself HoMM IV and V, but nothing beats good old III I've been browsing these forums since last year(mostly because of HotA and WoG), but I decided to join today... I hope it will be fun

New guy here, guys and gals. I bring a ton of questions in my wake. I think I'l start with two here;
Why cant I find heroes from completed campaigns when I play hot-seat?
Is it possible to copy/paste some files to get them available?

Hi xhansax. Which game? If it is heroes 5 go to the temple of ashan section and ask in the question thread there.
Edit: short answer is they can be enabled in the properties->heroes tab in the map editor for a specific map.

Hi everyone!
I'm an italian player of HOMM saga. I've start to play HOMM series with HOMM II (the best chapter!) back in 1999.
I play a lot with that game and I believe HOMM II is my favourite strategic videogame.
When HOMM IV was released I' ve buy it. In my opinion is a very good game, but not comparable with HOMM II.
In fact, I've return to play HOMM II.
I hope there are lot of HOMM II fan, for a possible online game.....

Hello !
My Name is Jon and I am from Bulgaria. Me and my gf and frs play h3/5 all the time and i used to be very good frs with 1 of the EU champs. Ever since I used to watch him play and break stuff over losing 3 lvl1 units I realized how deep this game is.
I smoke lots of Ganja and I believe the game is experienced best that way. As a hobby I take part in organizing musical events for a drumandbass organization in bulgaria called HMSU (Hard Music and Sounds United)

Hello everyone!
I am a 18 years old guy from Split, Croatia, who is relatively new to the world of Might and magic, compared to you guys. I began with Heroes III AB, but has since then played all of the games from 1-5. (my favourite being Heroes IV, despite that it's lacking Alamar! ) I have also played Might and Magic IX which I can't say I really enjoyed..
My favorite town was the Heroes IV Asylum. I am an old-school warlock/sorcerer who didn't appreaciate the Dark Elven invasion of the Dungeon/Asylum faction and has since then taken up residence in the Haven, which I plays most of the time. I have quite unorthodox perfereces, despite that I am an old fan of the Chaos faction I like Haven and fanatical religious orders and especially the renegades from ToE. In most rpgs I play either as LN or LE. (though sadly most people expect LN characters to be boring "Percy Weasly"-type people)
Though I can't say I play Heroes V that much nowadays, mostly I play custom campaigns on Heroes IV. I once began a custom campaign following the story of Lord Alamar the warlock and what he did after the reckoning, maybe I start working on it again if there are any other surviving HoMM IV players here.
Also, I can't wait until I can get a custom avatar!
