By the request of our government, we all must register our artifacts because of assurances, taxes and so on.

Let's see here...
I have my Long Power staff of the Elements which gives me lots of spell power and attack power. This also directs my elemental power.
My Crystal Thunder Sword of the Titan which increases my speed by + 80 and gives me the lightning power of 10 Titans. This Sword raises my attack when used.

ok... here we go...
Shadowleaf cloak: improved version of the cloak the Rangers under my command wear. Renders me invisible in the shadows or when in the woods...
Daehaloth: twin blades made of ithldin and mithril. Extremely sharp, blinding opponents when the moon is out...
Tawaren armor: extremely strong elven forged armor, flexible enough to let me move in the wild. Does not interfere with my Nature powers...

They were also too occupated trying to stop Stargazer in his great rebellion. Look like The Mage of the land still doesn't want to interfere, but who knows what future will bring.
My Book of the Ancient Prophet has some interesting facts about future, but I may not reveal them.
The only thing I tell you is that Lord Woock will be emperor of spammers for a long, long time (what a inconceivable prophecy )

WAND OF GREATER FIRE: Powerful artifact that can toast, cook and grill any teacher without leaving a smell of burnt flesh( no sorcery skill required )
ARMOUR OF SWEETNES: Economical Relic: stressed and in need of carbohydrates? Never fear the armour produces out of its navel maltesers, sincker bars and whatever your heart desires.(+5 to hero speed and movement in battle, no damage from first five attacks)
TROUSERS OF LAUGHTER: When you`ll tell a joke everybody will laugh so much their trousers will fall off. + 10 to your armys morale( carried as boots, do not ask why)
BOOK OF SENSE: gives hero + 100 spellpoints. Gives hero the ability to cast also whatever spell the opponent may be able to cast. Alternatively used in tests to achieve top marks
ARROW OF CUPID: works like grandmaster charm on any creature. Or anyone you like may be enchanted and willing for.....ahmmm..... further ..... well whatever

ARTIFACT REGISTRATION:
Anchor Of Neptune: doubles movement apon water and stops ship from being boarded while close to land.
Quiver Of Zeus: ranged attacks are doubled and range penalty is revoked.
Bottled Flame Of Hades: doubles all non elemental spells ( non-classified spells).

invisible underwear - both armies have maximum moral and gives expert diplomacy due to the contents within the underwear
sword of the ultimate berserker - all allied troops have bloodlust cast on them at the start of a battle, +100 attack but defense is always 0
yellow highlighter - +1 attack, enemies have -1 moral and skeletons are yellow because of the heroes obsession to "lighten their lives"
laser pointer - gives expert blind spell and -1 to both sides moral as the troops are truly annoyed at the hero for having it
Sunglasses of greater protection: immunity to blind spell and +3 morale because your hero is looking good 
newspaper of wonder: makes the taxis notice you on the sidewalk when its pouring down with rain. grants expert diplomacy
mordenkainens faithful spoon: unknown properties, makes for an interesting breakfast however. +50hp healed by first aid tents.
bedroom door of greater privacy: makes people leave you alone when your in one of those positions that could be made awkward by someone walking in. grants disguise whilst equipped
greater google of marksmanship: a search engine that actually gives you what you want, all the time. grants mass dispel to clear up all frustration
quickened limewire package: a gnutella network that gets over 56kb/s. your army likes it a lot, +3 moral and mass haste
bomb of peace: an impossibly built paradoxical artifact that glitches and crashes your game. side effects may contain repedative exclaimation of the phrase "WTF??!!" and possibly a blue screen of death
emoticon generator: generates emoticons that actually show how your hero feels
lamp of darkness: condradicts its uses and therefore is completely useless. just like most of the artifacts in that game already are.
Mysterious key combination of enigma: tap the tilda key 47 times and who knows what will happen
padlock of pro gamers: put this on the door to the room with your computer in it, your life will slowly detiriorate until you dont have one, then you can own any game in 3 minutes! XD
Peasants skull: a trophy displayed by your hero to show his great power. other hero pisses himself laughing, thus granting the opposing army -3 morale for having a leader with a weak bladder.
Hydra Tail: a mighty useless item that grants the opponent's level 7 creatures maximum morale due to the stupidity of your hero
Secret Note of Ultimate Ownage
Press alt-f4 then enter in quick succesion to achieve total ownage
Pink Fluffy Shackles: (from shackles of war (artificer upgrades))
You and your opponent are unable to run away from battles and you suffer -3 morale. If you manage to win with these ridiculous things on, you earn an additional 50% experience
Torch of Reality: if picked up in game by your hero, your computer will set on fire and explode violently
Hobbit's Memo To Victory: a short note that tells you how to beat the game, if taken to any town you win
Infected Laptop: get the hero with this killed in battle and the opponent will suffer a blue screen of death
(e.g. send him in with one imp)
Ultimate Tome of Heroes 3: gives the user 99 in all stats, all spells, maximum spell points, all troops immunity to all hostile magic, full regeneration to all troops, unlimited movement, the location of the grail, and gives details on all monsters (as visions spell)
+ all magic skills at expert level.

Barrier Crystal of Patience
Prevents the bearer of this artifact into battle and allows the bearer to play without the 7-day townlessness rule.
Heart of the Peasant King
All peasants in the hero's army will have 5000 HP, 50 Attack, 10 MinDamage, 50 MaxDamage and 20 Speed. They will start the battle with the Berserk spell casted upon them.
