btw "dead cat bounce" is a stockmarket description for the small buying spree after a stock crashes. H3 is the same, when activity crashes, get a burst of enthusiasm in reaction to it, then this fades away and the decline continues. It might feel fun to blame somebody, but is ignoring the big picture.

There were times where i had loved to take this job and i know that togerther with a Great Team invluding ravyn and andi TOH would still rock the floor (might sound arrogant - but its just the truth lol)
if you need a honorable and hard working volunteer/HC-chair/whatever in H5 in 2 years or so ill be proud to support the Heroes Community with all i got - but managing homm 3 again ? no way. Everquest guild needs all my passion, work and ideas right now so i dont even got the time even if i wanted to  .
of course i wont refuse it would be a great challenge to see if i could make this "dead bouncing cat" living again (and yes might sound arrogant again  ) - and im quite sure with a goot team (ravyn) its possible.. but right now there is simply no time for leading a tounrey like TOH 
which makes me think : would have been great if some little kitty would have admitted that she got not enuff time to do such a job - would have saved the community a lot trouble

I dont think Kitten Ruined H3 TOH...
Its just 1 of those things where it cant always be the same... I went from addicted to heroes to not wanting to play it. Put personal life changes, new job, meetin a girl, etc contributed to that, and Im sure the same holds true for many who left heroes 3.
Ill admit I didnt agree with a lot of changes kitten did, but atleast she stuck with it... Its only a game, so you cant expect everything to be great forever.
But im just wandering through..figure I give my 2 cents..didnt read many of the posts cept the main one motor made. oh..and hey everyone! lol

You are right tho JB.
Mandi didnt ruin toh.
SHe just made it diferent then how Ves made his tournament in the past.
She is angered easily & thats what these guys love.
Theres alot of cold hearted people on the internet but heh, what do you expect from people you probally would never meet in your entire life.
I seen some people back stab her in the back all because of a tournament they refused to respect only because it was not Ves doing it AFTER they pretty much got him to say "Screw this crap" after season 5 started.
At least she stood around taking all the negativity & never hid behind the scenes,Unlike some that did, giving the pressure to one single person.
Supporting certain players because they are SOMEHOW TOO COOl not to admit wrong.
It's easy to be friends with someone then Stab them with a Katana blade right through the back over somethang thats not even worth it.
Those people that did was never even there to have any say so basically.
Actually most that replied here really dont have any personal say so, because they were never behind the scenes, it's just easy to blame someone.
Of course on the net you can act the way you want to, regardless of how much of a wuss you are in RL.
Yes Stiven, I actually think you are a puss who cant even make you own mind up, except for following, people who are SO CALLED TOO COOL.
Dont you ever have your own opinionabout any situations here with out using other peoples replies here & using them in a diferent format.
It's cool tho, most the people in here are a bunch of fakes who try to be somethang they are not on the net, regardless I cant deny thier skills.
Well I can deny Stivens skill in this game .
Especially someone who has not even played since I was new in this game so I find it really hard for you to have the slightest room to talk.

aww thats so sweet, here on the white horse in a really shining armor is aculias... Only problem is that he is so small minded so he comes with his head stuck in the horses @ss
pecu... it is creditable that you stand up for a friend of yours but IMO you are just naive. You are in love with kitten and therefor she twists you wherever she wants.. but instead of keep tossing you i will just ask you to take a step back and get some objectivity on this.

i will just respond to this quote because its one of the most silly ones ive seen (as goes for the one that me never stating my opinion lol). Because IMO all kitten did was hide. Except when there were some great news coming up then she stood there in the spotlight and wanted every bit of compliments that were offered. But the problem is just that, that all she wants to do is to be in the spotlight. Because when the great news have been made public about for example a new tourney it isnt as interesting anymore, keeping updates and such (also known as dirtywork) didnt appeal to her. And you cant have a team where one person just want to stand in the spotlight and nothing else, and once the players started to get updated on this there were some horrible personal thing that happend to her.
No wait.. at first it was just something small but then when people like me started to wonder why someone for example had to take a break because of a broken car she had relatives to her getting suddenly ill and such instead. And when people asked her about it she could easily lay the blame on someone else as they were bastards who were mean to her at such a time. And then during that "personal away buisness" you could still see her postings in tavern here at HC while there were no tourney updates at all to talk about.
You are as everyone else entitled to your opinion pecu, but get your facts straight first and then comment things please.

As for the general thread topic, seems futile now doesn't it? Mistakes were made, things got to really sucking and yep - some people were more guilty than others.. but who cares now? Ves has donned the superman cape and is gonna fix it now, so everyone should just look to the future and quit fussin over what "shoulda been"
Lets just hope H5 rocks !

As someone who has been behind the sceens, and whom has seen more then there fair share of Myths and Heroes Termoil, I thought I should post a few comments. I will not say who I am because I will not make an enemy out of Raven, or Kitten.
First of all it take two to make a tournament run or die. Kitten, was yeah a little on the lazy side, but raven was just as well as Kitten was. I remember there for a while, Raven had "personal issues" every other week or so, and was gone for a week at a time. So blaming Kitten for her son being extreamly ill and in the hospital, to her having gave birth to her son, her car breaking doen, or as some like to say her toaster blowing up, well it just isn't fair. Raven was gone just as much as Kitten was if not longer. I know I have seen it whth my own cunkie little eyes,
As for Kitten wanting to steal all the spot light I do NOT belive that at all. Kitten is the type of person, that when she hears great news she shares it with everyone, and to me thats one of the things that makes Kitten such a great person. If not for her how much news would you seen on Myths and Heroes about Heroes V? I don't belive you would see any. Kitten has always gave raven a chance to share in the spot light but, Raven chose not too on her own, she was not forced out by Kitten in any way shape or form.
Ok now time for the part I know you all will just thrive over.
I will say Kitten, was not the best in updating. She was never too fond on it, she always told me, and Raven, she would be so happy if all she did was create the web pages (as long as she stayed away from pink she would have done great ). you are 1 of 2 people(thats was easy ) but we'll let others figure it out.
i think you can add a fifth with thier hand caught in the jar....
whether i was right or wrong for my convictions,that matters not. i let these issues boil over onto this board and the zone. i know for a fact it lowered the morale of those who read my frustrations,and that is a contributing factor to some of the vets not playing thier games for mah. i know in turn some got frustrated with me,i cannot blame them. hopefully they will forgive me as i have forgiven them.
for these actions i dont expect vesuvius to want me on the new toh h3 hc. but,if he elects to have me,it would be an honor to once again serve the hommunity,as i have learned plenty from my past "indescretions" .
