oh and Rogue... the whole "Metal, classical, and progressive music are too complex for the average listener to enjoy considering the average attention spans of today's teenagers."
I then guess I am not "today's teenager" I don't really like progressive, I do like classical, and metal, they just aren't my favorites. So think before you utter untruths, cuz, many of the people I know like that stuff.

My review: You are all a bunch of metalheads (except Wolfman and Dajek, but then again, techno isn't good either). Wolfman, congratulations on being unique. Another thing to point out - there are NO FEMALES or FEMALE BANDS in this group. Do you all have something against female singers?
Best band to ever live for me - I can't say, I normally listen to individuals.

I must say that, speaking of quality, Queen are the best band. I have all their work and even had some projects of Bryan May. Their music is great, and there's none to be so original and varied( maybe Led Zep).
But I must say, my two most fav bands of all times are, one the same place, Guns N'Roses and Aerosmith.
Guns were great, Slash is one of the greatest guitar players in history, Axl has a great voice and they have a good sound and very good lyrics. They also have somemasterpieces which I think should be recognized as some of the best music ever made: Don't Cry, November Rain and Estranged.
As for Aerosmith, well, like Kid Rock once declared: "Basically, they rock and most people don't." 
Their music is great, it's catchy, fun and high quality, and Steve Tyler has one of the greatest voices ever.

The greatest band ever? Well, a truly difficult question... My fav band changes quite often. In general however, I must say that although Blind Guardian rulez forever, I would give my vote to the Finnish sympho power metal band called Nightwish. When I first heard their 'Over The Hills And Far Away' (a cover of Gary Moore's song) I was astonished. I haven't heard the original version, but I have been told that it's much worse Nightwish was the first metal band which I liked, they introdcued me into metal music. Their live performance in Moscow on 25th of September 2003 was the first metal concert I have heard. And they were great! Really hope to hear their new album soon, as well as see them coming for a new concert after that!
Having said that, I must still note that Nightwish is not the only great band on this planet. Actually, I don't listen to them much nowadays - all learned by heart already... I prefer something harder now... Except Nightwish, my fav bands are: BG (already mentioned above), HammerFall, Butterfly Temple (a great band but they're Russian, so I doubt you have heard anything about 'em), Manowar, Rage (only heard Unity but it's quite interesting... "You're going Down"), Dimmu Borgir (sympho black from Norway), and others...............
