I plan on giving Asheera a QP for her mod, but I'll wait for version 1.0 or whenever it's "perfected" so I can have a definitive place to plop the star.
William's thread needs to develop a bit more before it should be considered, since all too often threads are awarded a QP and die shortly afterward because the author feels for one reason or another that he or she doesn't need to continue. This way, William has something to look forward to as he continues to help his thread grow.
I don't think Anti's spin-off thread will get a QP -- simply because it is a spin-off -- unless he releases some stellar songs in the future. QPs are really about creating and fostering your own ideas to better the community, I think.
And DS' game? I'm hesitant to give a word game a QP because I've seen the game done before, but DS is doing a wonderful job keeping it up. I'll probably defer to Pan on this one, if only because she has so much more experience with word games than I do.

I agree with Asheera about William's stories. They are as good as Gl's and both are definately QP worthy. I'm not sure about the Green Glass Door however...

I think Ahseera NEEDS to get her QP in the "Heroes of HC" thread. if not for the mod, then she should get it for the large amount of efford (and quality) she put in it.

I was going to suggest a QP for DarkShadow for creating those ASCII artworks here but unfortunately he left HC and deleted them for some reason
EDIT: ok, it seems Darks is back and that thread has some QP potential
