Well, I started but now I am kinda stuck. I will post, what I have allready, amybe you guys culd give some tipps
what creature I could use and so on
It is the thing above in the middle 
U see I used dendroid and paint-pencil^^ this red stuff is sth from the h3sprite - dunno what it is ^^

I worked a bit more on it and now I think I only need to put on head(s) wich turns out to be very hard, since i dunno what creature I should take to "improve" on

you could have the plant blossom into the dendroid (Little red things come out and boof! dendroid.

mabey it could be like a spell, like land mine. if you step on the root, a swamp feind pops up out of no where and attacks.

aha - hmm might be that in HoMM3 I never used this spell up to now
Well, now she is looking like this (again at the top of pic^^)

here are my newest artwork (made a week ago):
5 new creatures:
Dark Elf - 5th level - HP: 50 - attacks twice (melee;range); melee - poison 50%; range - disrupting ray 50%
Dark Elven Ranger - 5th level - HP: 55 - attacks twice; melee - poison 75%; range - disrupting ray 50%; weakness 25%
Lizard beast - 6th level - HP: 75 - paralyze 25%; flying
Wyvern - 6th level - HP: 85 - paralyze 25%; flying; magic mirror (excpert)
Arctic Bird - 7th level - HP: 220 - immune to ice. breath attack (ice; -50% against fiery units). vulnerable to fire. flying

they have to look similar, duh! they're elves!
anyway, I like them how they are now, not how they would be if... something is changed...
i will not edit them, but I'm glad for your opinion

Arctic bird is nice. Looks like a neon light. lol
I have some creatures designed, but I cant post them just yet, because they are part of a bigger plan.
