Heroes 3 wiki
I've set up a Heroes 3 wiki at [url]http://terrasque.mine.nu/heroes[/url].
I hope that in time, it will have complete information about everything in heroes 3 plus expansions.
The server it's running on is slow and have a slow internet connection, but it's good enough for now. If it gets popular it will probably have to be hosted somewhere else.

Hehe, guess I should have explained it, as it's still a fairly new thing.
A wiki is a web system where it's fast and easy to put in information, and everyone can do it. Usually, it doesn't even need a registration.
A large and famous example is http://wikipedia.org - a community-created encyclopedia.

Yeah, it's ok'ish now, but it won't be good/excellent until people start adding stuff in it :-)
Don't need to be much. A unit strategy, or a hero skill, adding some info about a spell.. Or just do like I've done a few times lately. Start a random game, and add in some of the creatures and skills my heroes had when starting. Maybe playing a few days just to get some info on a structure or similar.

Terrasque, this is a great idea! I've just recently discovered wikipedia - and now this! I'm pretty sure this ought to get a QP.
Perhaps in future it could be expanded to cover all the games of HoM&M series? That would be too great to be true...

You need to be a regged user to upload pictures.
Also, the original plan was to do all homm series, and I have some of the groundwork for it, but because of 1. lots of the same names being used, and 2. it need more focus in the beginning at least, it's heroes 3 for now. The best may be to have seperate wiki's.. we'll see.

Server had a new ip. Changed the dns entries, the server will come up somewhere in between now and 4 hours, depending on your dns server.

Just want you all to know that the wiki has been down a period (security flaw in php, forced upgrade, no wiki version that ran), and it's up again now.

I am about to complete the creature statistics. I have also rewritten some minor things (like description of inferno and fortress town, for example).
It's a great project - we'll see how it works though.
