That Gosh Darn Conflux
We all know that the conflux is the most powerful and unbalanced town in the game. It's no fun. I usually play single player, and I like to play with random settings. When a player gets the starting town as a Conflux, the game loses competition.
Is it possible to disable the conflux?

hey sup,dont think there is a way to disable flux; the best you can do is pick castles for each of the comps, and just dont give them a flux.
flux is annoying although i kind of like playing against it when i play the comp because its more challenging than other bases most of the time.
the flux hero gelere often gives me some troubles. also aenain can be a pain.

It is more challenging but as soon as you take the comps town, you have basically won.

In WOG you can disable any town at the beginning of a game.

Conflux is only overrated in Multiplayer against humans. In singleplayer games, you shouldn´t have a problem to kill the comp with any town...

I don't have a problem killing the Conflux comp. It's just that after I kill the comp and take their town, I become more powerful with the Phoenixes and Magic University, etc. I just don't like the conflux.
Besides WOG is there another way to disable it?
