My rescue? You've chased 'her' away before I could find out where the heck I live!!
I grew up thinking I live in the praries, I thought all the flax and mustard fields out here were a pretty good clue, and then when I wasn't sure, driving past a farm with a few hundred head of cattle (apparantly all mad too by the way) seemed like it pretty much sealed the deal.
Now I find out there are no praries here. So am I not in Canada? If not, why do I like beer and hockey so much? Why do I generally end my sentences with eh? What if I'm really a wine spritzer kinda girl, who should be watching Dog Shows on the weekends, somehow misled by my parents to believe that I'm a Canadian.
I think I better go call my mom

Unfortunetely she didn't come off that way! even the IM's to Leo led us to believe she was disgruntle about something... maybe like the rest of her country, she thought that everything (including the prairies) originate and are unique to the states.

Okay, so I called my mom...It went like this:
ME: Mom *sniffle sniffle* Am I really Canadian? Be honest with me, I think I'm old enough now that I deserve the truth eh... *sobs*
MOM: What on earth has gotten into you girl? OF course you're a Canadian, you've lived here all your life eh.
ME: Are you sure?
MOM: yes I'm sure, listen I'll give you a quick quiz
{insert long hockey trivia quiz here}
MOM: okay, now go online and open up to tsn.ca and check your answers.
ME: It's already open mom, just a sec *checks answers* They're all right!
MOM: Good girl, now calm yourself and come on over for some nice American, cold Coors lite!
ME: *Giggles hysterically* MOM! Take off eh! I can't drink that stuff, it'll kill me!
MOM: See? Now would you say that if you weren't a Canadian?
ME: You're probably right mom *feeling better* wait, one more thing... we have praries right?
MOM: *laughs* No doot aboot it!!
ME: *laughs* Okay mom, thanks eh? {hangs up}
So there you have it! Deathwoman was wrong!

Well I don't take physics but I know that gravity exists...

(you DO know that The Prairies is not a country right? It's like the Rockies, or do THEY only exist in the states too?? You would come to Canada in August expecting to ski or dog sled in the National Capital region)
