Heroes V Announced - ToH will move in that direction
This is a great moment for Heroes fans, now we can expect a new game in the series, something we have been waiting for a long time. The screenshots are very promising, and it looks like Ubisoft is putting their 100% into it. Phew!
Anyways, this will infuse more life to the online community, and ToH will probably move to H5 upon its release. We will have another h3/h4 season coming, and by its end it should be release time for h5.

Hmm...
Hopefully Ubisoft (unlike 3DO) will announce a multiplayer feature that actually will come with game this time.

I believe there will be hotseat and online multi released with the game, but more importantly, that the online multi will be a primary feature of the game.

Ubisoft knows whats at stake compared to heroes 4, we have more confidence in this game & it does look promising graphic wise.
Ubisoft has always been good in creating games, time will tell.

I’m Fabrice, producer at Ubisoft. Most of you should have encountered me in the main community forums last year. Its been a loong time since I posted anything around. But what we were all waiting for is now just around the corner...
Heroes of Might & Magic 5 has been officially announced by Ubisoft !
What can be said at this time ? Well I can summarize by stating that the years to come will be the best for fans of the Might & Magic brand, just like the previous ones were the best for fans of the Lord of the Ring. Many things are building up ! On Heroes 5 specifically, we have passed half of the development cycle, and are now gathering speed, toward a release early next year. It seem far away, but we’ll be there very quickly, and there is much to do. We are investing a lot of time in this project, with many people involved in the team and around the team. Its really showing in the versions we are testing now.
This will be Ubisoft’s first take on the brand, and I hope it will live up to the legacy !

what would suck more is that h5 picks up its own fan base, and many h4 & h3 fans stick to their own versions. So then I would need three tournaments lol.
My hope is that h5 unifies everyone, and adds new fresh faces.
