Yes, once the grove was out, it became clear that the next town will have to be the 10th one and not only changed graphics. Besides the first town replacing one there is no need of a second one doing the same thing.

Quote: So, back to my earlier suggestion: why doesn't the Forge team just replace the Necropolis with the Forge? With Archibald and his allies in exile, Kastor becomes king of Deyja, and the Necropolis becomes a faction so minor, that it probably wouldn't have any role in the original AB campaign whatsoever.
Lord Haart and his cult sure had a role, both before and after the Forge debacle.

Lorewise Forge should replace Conflux because it was not supposed to appear in AB. To make long story short in the original concept Queen Catherine would search (with Gelu's help) for Armageddon Blade to defeat Kastore and his Forge army. There were no plans for Conflux in this expansion.
Anyway I have to agree with those of you, who say that replacing one town with another is not the best option. However if it is not possible (and will not be possible in the nearest future), I would prefer to have the possibility of playing the Forge this way, than not to play it at all.
(My god, I hope this is understandable, I haven't spoken English for awhile)

Vatras is right
Forge should replace Conflux
Because in Armageddon's Blade Conflux replaced Forge

Actually Conflux was planned to be in the second add-on. So I think Forge as 10th town is better than Forge as ugly replacement.

Ah, yes, Lord Haart, I'd forgotten about him... Still, that part of the story wasn't key to the events revolving around the whole continent, it only involved Tatalia. The point- that campaign's story is very "changable"; in other words, any other miraculously reanimated or resurrected villian could've taken Haart's place.
At any rate, I agree with Vatras: replacing the Conflux which wasn't part of the original AB with the Forge is an excellent solution. Of course, adding a new town instead of replacing another one is the better option, but if it's too hard to do...

True. But i'd still prefer to have an ugly replacement, than not have it at all.
And @up: He is probably referring to fans, who spammed NWC with mails full of hate for Forge. And that is why it has never been released.

Yes, you're different .
I think it looks great, but how about the buildings' locations? With Conflux, I think you can change the locations. When that's done, then you need to edit the highlights, and it's done (the town view, I mean) .
Congratulations and good luck with the project, I hope you guys will finish it soon.
