The towns in Heroes 4 was what ruined it for me.
I didn't like the Order, Conflux, Chaos and stuff like that.

that new town is eating me alive. it the fact that 1 town will be desrtoyed an another erected which is making me so crazy bout the game

ohh and did they said that there will be new town? Even if they did I still think that would be more like merge than totaly new town.
My guess would be:
1. Heaven/Castle - confirmed.
2. Inferno - confirmed.
3. Necropolis - undeads was always special race in HoMM, and darn, if they wont implent it, It will be more than just weird 
4. Preserve/Rampart/Nature - elves, unicorns, good dragons and stuff should be in the game.
5. Might/Stronghold/Fortress - neutral alligment town, with mighty units and dumb heroes 
6. Im not so sure of, there is two possabilities imho:
a) Chaos/Dungeon town
or
b) Order/Tower town

Given the metallic armour of the griffins in the screenshots,I don't think Forge towns can be ruled out 
While I can speculate, I hope it's a pleasant surprise. I know it'll probably be the first town I play

I really hope forge town wont be implented, and there wont be any techno crap in HoMM or anything even similiar to that. However I do know that in might and magic universe there was spaceships and things like that, but I would really more glad not to see it in HoMM, Im sure that most of others would too.

My guesses:
Knight (confirmed)
Inferno (confirmed)
Necro (not sure if confirmed, but they wouldn't dare to remove it)
Rainbows&Unicorns (safe bet)
Barbarian (goblins, ogres, trolls etc)
Warlock (minotaurs, dragons)
These are the core of homm. I'm not sure about Tower - it may be present instead of Barbarian, but I'd say they will put goblins and suchlike in.
So perhaps tower creatures are neutral.

to me the warlock town looks most redundant, the warlock heroes could be demonologists or necros, depending on their specialization.
and as it was said that every town is going to have a dragon of it's own, the black dragon wouldn't be anything special anymore.
so i guess it might very well be warlock that will not appear in homm5.

First of all, this has to be the worst designed poll yet! I suggest that you pm someone in your native language and ask him to turn it into english. I don't even understand the poll options....
Now to the topic at hand....I believe it will be like this:
Knight - Confirmed
Inferno - Confirmed
Good Nature - Semiconfirmed due to old artwork and standing tradition
Necropolis - Confirmed due to the story and an image with a skeletonarcher www.celestialheavens.com/show_big_potd.php?id=105
Chaos - As said on a polish site, this will have Orcs and Black Dragons amongst other chaotic creatures (Don't know if anything is true though)
Steamtech town - The new town which will contain industrious dwarves that build golems, muskets, cannons and flying machines

If that was true, Inferno would have Archdevils+Dragons, and Knight would have Archangels+Dragons.

Well ive certainly liked tha series until 4 .. those towns were like half retarded .. mixed a bunch of towns up as if it was in a blender and made u choose too ... since they revealed tha first 2: Castle and Inferno .. and ARE calling them tha classic Heroes III names .. its possible they will stick with tha other classic names as well like Necropolis and Tower such ..
these are my predictions for last 4:
-Necropolis (God dammit better be there .. best town altogether .. they owned everyone .. they gotta have tha lich wid tha cloud attack .. vamp wid leech .. dread knight wid dread attack and ghost wid age attack ..)
-Tower for all tha mages / dwarves and golems / anything thats magical / can be brought into life thru engineering and magic ..
-Stronghold tha barbarians for sure must make it .. with tha ogres .. and trolls and they might even combine stronghold wid tha Warlock crew cuz they both seem alike and barbaric
-Fortress probably tha last and new one .. altho tha names not new .. theyre just gunna prolly add a bunch of new troops in there .. like no humanoid typa group
All i really care for is tha Undead ... but hey those are my thoughts

i read what towns u think are going to be in H5 and they are ALL OLD. there is going to be ONE NEW TOWN. all of u have failed to iclude this in ur thinking. i person, Campaigner, has put up his idea for a new town but nobody else

What will I do now, without my favorite Barbarians ??? I played them all the time starting way back from HOMM2 , I will partialy lose my interest in this game if there will not be Barbarians. I am really dissapointed.
