You do realize that if azure dragons were in a town then they'd have to be downgraded so that they weren't way more powerful then everything else at their level, right?

i dont think the idea could work because of the azure dragon. the azure dragon is a very powerful dragon and to be watered down by alot wouldnt be right

Actually, in Heroes III, azure dragons are level 10, far beyond the "lowly" level 7's. They're not "way more powerful" than the few other level 10's.

Well, actually, they are more powerful then the other level 10s. And they definately soar above the level 7s. You wouldn't let a level 10 creature into a town, would you?
